Bifeaw Slow Feeder Cat Bowl, Easy to Clean Silicone Bowl, Ideal for Dry and Wet Food (Green and Blue)

Bought these to slow down a very greedy kitten's eating. He has gone from eating a meal in under a minute, to around 10 mins. This has got to be better for digestion and certainly slows down what was previously a concerning frenzy! They are a perfect size, and seem to be of a good quality. Since they are silicone they don't slip around like his previous plastic bowl did. They are great value, nice colours, easy to clean and I would definitely recommend them.

Really fantastic. My tabby boy has a bad habit of eating way too fast and making himself sick afterwards. This wee bowl has slowed him right down, and he really enjoys getting into the little grooves. Easy to clean. No more cat vomit. 10/10

Good for licking mats and for slowing cats down feeding

It's slowed my cat's scarf and barf cycle down. We're trying anything to stop her being so sick (with the help of the vets). Vet recommended slowing down her eating as she tends to scarf it down and bring it straight up.

Very impressed with these. Our foster cat has major food anxiety so eats far too quickly and is then unwell, so we wanted somethign that would slow down her eating without causing her additional stress. We've now got 4 of these, she eats more slowly, eats more of the food we give her, and she hasn't had any stomach issues since we started using these. They're also plenty easy to clean which is a nice plus, especially as the design does make cleaning every necessary. Overall they work well, are of a great quality and don't feel likely to fall apart, and make eating a better experience for our cat.

Terrible and unsafe. My cat has chewed through the silicone and possibly swallowed parts. The only reason it slows him down is because he throws it around and scatters the food everywhere. I can do that without paying nearly £10. It's a good idea just use hard plastic.

These do the job in that they slow feeding way down which is great and they are easy to clean. However my kitten can and does bite through them, they are also light enough for him to trail through the house scattering food as he goes. So thinking I’ll go back to ceramic.

These worked really well for me my cat they have made her slow don eating and she is so much better for it. They are easy to use and wash easily.

I received and used this Bifeaw slow feeder bowl for my cat and noticed a difference straight away in how quickly meals were finished. The raised pattern inside the bowl slows eating without being frustrating, which is great for pets that tend to gulp their food. The silicone material is soft but sturdy and doesn’t slide around much on the floor. It works well for both dry kibble and wet food, and cleaning is very easy — a quick rinse or into the dishwasher and it’s done. The size is suitable for regular portions without being bulky. The green and blue colours are nice and the overall design is simple but effective. It’s a practical little bowl that helps with digestion and makes feeding time calmer and less rushed.

Just the right size and depth for cats, and they really do work to not just slow down but reduce the food-snarfing. I would estimate that the cats here go through about 40% as much dry food as they used to. They can "graze" from the top easily (which is really more than enough to satiate their hunger, if not their greed). If they want more (now or later), they have to fish bits of kibble out of the crevices of these dishes, which gives them something to do, stimulates their hunt instincts a little, and takes long enough that they eventually get bored with it and go do something else instead of stuffing their faces until they're bursting. The material is easily cleaned, and seems tough enough for years of use, though if you have a cat that likes tearing stuff up, then these might not last so long if they choose to go after these. I'm not sure these would be proper for a small dog, because of their long, sticky tongues. Probably need a slow-feeder dish with deeper ridges. But the deep ones for dogs would be too deep for cats. PS: I would not use this sort of thing for wet food. I guess someone could try it, but it would be a mess and would result in a lot of food waste, since a bunch of the food would remain stuck in the grooves. That would also quickly turn into a bacteria and mold farm. If you insist, then be sure to wash this well every single day.

Great for kittens, so they slow down while eating and learn good habits. Easy to wash and also throw in the dishwasher to sanitize. I bought 2 sets. Much better price point than what I found in stores and just as good

These food mats are extremely helpful for my over eater! It has more than doubled her eating time. The material is easy to wash and use. It was bigger than I imagined so that was also a plus. This item does exactly what I needed out of it. Will buy again if needed.

I had an issue with my young cat where the cat would eat too quickly and the food would swell up in her belly and she would vomit constantly. This product really fixed that issue. Now she's forced to eat much slower and she barely vomits anymore if not at all.
