Excellent Product!!! Absolutely love this headset. First good aspect of this headset, I liked is, the ability to rotate the headband to use the headset on the right or left is very convenient. The microphone ensures clear voice quality, both in calls and in video conferences, clarity in calls even in noisy environments. It is very comfortable to wear, lightweight and if you have long back-to-back meetings like me, battery life is excellent & outstanding. Connecting the headset and pairing was piece of cake..very smooth. Love it. Only negative side, I found of this product, which is very negligible & very cosmetic, is the LED digital display, which is known/seen only when you open the case, and you get to see the percentage left after opening the case. If this was transparent & visible on external case cover, it would have been even wonderful. But overall, for the dollars spent, I would highly recommend this product, without hesitation.

It works, sounds good, and no complaints from others about sound quality. However it does not reconnect automatically to the last device used after power on like most I have used recently. It also only will connect to 1 device at a time, again, unlike most others I have used in the past couple years. Just a couple things to keep in mind. Lost a star for having to tell it to connect every time.

This headset has amazing sound quality and pairs seamlessly with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. The charging case is lightweight and charges super fast. I love the sleek color black, and it’s comfortable to wear on either ear. Very durable and well-made—I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase!

It worked okay for a couple months, then others could no longer hear me. And it's too late to return, of course.
