It actually feels like a simulation of someone’s hands and fingers. I found it very relaxing. You can choose between three different massage modes with three different speeds and three heat levels which makes this massager very versatile. It has two handles and an elastic strap with a quick release clasp. It is a one size fits all design. The battery life is outstanding. I haven’t had to recharge it yet and I’ve been using it for about a week. This massager is very easy to use. It can even be used on other parts of the body. This is a quality cordless neck and shoulder massager. Maintenance is easy as well. Simply unzip and remove the cover from the massage heads and machine wash the cover in cold water then air dry it and put it back on. Everything else gets wiped down with a damp cloth.
