I received the item after 3 weeks. It looks exactly as the original remote, works fine too.

I accidentally washed my previous remote, and it stopped working with my Sony OLED TV. I wanted a reliable replacement that closely resembled the original one because I’ve become accustomed to its layout. Additionally, it seamlessly integrates with my Apple TV and functions as a backup remote in case I lose the other one. Surprisingly, I could easily remove the batteries from the old remote and insert them into the new one. Thank you Karma Electronics! After my original Sony TX500U remote was chewed by my dog, I ordered a supposed “original manufacturer” NEW replacement for $55 from another vendor. It NEVER paired with voice command and stopped working completely after 1 year. For less than half the price, I purchased this original Sony remote from Karma Electronics. Included in the package was an easy to follow set of directions to pair the remote, along with a business card offering a simple way to contact the company if I had any problems. I’m thrilled to have voice command again. I highly recommend Karma Electronics.
