I use this delicious coconut milk powder as a creamer. I find it works best if I add a little water and take a moment to blend and break down any lumps before adding the coffee/choc/matcha (it’s quicker than a frother!). It’s also a great alternative to canned coconut milk and you only use what’s needed so no wastage.

The seller was just amazing with how quick it all turned but I love this brand in general and the varieties they have to sell. Very few options when it comes to pure coconut milk powder as most seem to have dairy milk solids added which kinda kills the purpose of it to be a dairy free alternative!

I love this with my coffee that I make at work. First time trying these powdered milks etc and it works great with the instant coffee that Anthony sells. I use a 12oz thermos to make my drink. I add 2-3 heaping teaspoons of Anthony’s instant coffee, around 3 tablespoons Anthony’s Coconut Milk powder, 1 tablespoon Anthony’s Heavy Cream powder, and 1 tablespoon of raw honey. I add hot water on top, stir, cover with lid for 30 seconds, then stir again (I have no issues getting rid of clumps from Coconut Milk Powder if I do it this way). I find this very delicious and definitely my new go to for making coffee away from home (I can’t wait to us this camping too!).
