Golds Gym Kettle Bells

Product arrived well packaged and undamaged. Instructions are basic but all exercises are covered and results can be achieved quickly withe enough effort.

Great kettle bell for the price mine came with a deal buy the 16 kg and 12 kg for 32 pounds came all the way from Germany took a couple of days handles are wide and smooth happy with my purchase

I was disappointed when I received this item. Whilst it would work as a kettle bell it doesn't look like the image on this page. The colour is lighter and the Gold's Gym logo doesn't look like the one in the image, it's just stencilled on.

The first kettlebell I ever bought was a Golds Gym one and it nearly put me off completely! The design is ridiculous and apparently by someone who has never actually used a kettlebell in his life! The handle is nowhere near wide enough to perform the basic two-handed exercises (like the swing, which is one of the most important exercises). Even my sister with small hands isn't able to use it properly because of this.The handle also has a rough line across it which will cut into your hands when using it. PLEASE avoid this one. There are many, many good brands out there. If you want to buy via Amazon the best ones I've found on here are the Century kettlebells (and no I'm not affiliated with them in any way) and if you shop around online there are loads of other good suppliers.I'm a kettlebell convert, absolutely love using them, but listen to the reviews on here and don't get golds gym ones!

Excellent value for money. No trouble with size what so ever. I bought it for my son who is 6 foot 4..So dont understand the bad reviews on it!!
