I’ve been using the CW-500E manual film wrapper for packaging products, and it’s been a game-changer. The build quality is solid, heavy-duty metal frame and a sturdy heating plate that maintains a consistent temperature. Once you get the hang of the motion, wrapping becomes super quick and clean. Perfect for small businesses or home operations that want to give products a polished, professional look. Just make sure you're using the right gauge of film (I use 60 gauge) and give the heating plate a minute or two to fully warm up. Highly recommend for anyone looking to step up their packaging game without breaking the bank. Much better than the slightly cheaper Chinese-made ones. Compared it to several sold on Amazon and this is the winner for us. Comes with instructions that are easy to follow.

Absolutely love this wrapper. I previously got a brand name one and it worked quite well for two seasons but it lasted only that period. But I got this new one much valuable and even more solid, heavy duty than well-known brand and absolutely no problems! There's no parts and pieces to worry about misplacing. No weird odors; nothing. I gave five stars because I've never had one so I have nothing to compare it to; it feels even more solid and easy-peasy as premium in the well-known brands. For me, it's perfect.

Very disappointed with this product. I bought it for my small business and within 3 months , the plate stopped working. It wouldn't heat up anymore. As my business was a start up, everything adds up. I couldn't afford to get it shipped back n forth to the repair center offered by the seller and be without anything in the mean time. I chose to replace it with another brand. waste of money on my end.

The heat cutter stop working after 3 months

Very happy with the purchase. Delivery was fast. Product lives up to expectation. Korea made, quality is there. We use it everyday to wrap meat for our retail store.
