Comfortable and functional.
+ I like my new Vivtone hearing aids. I can use them as hearing aids, phone call speaking and listening to music, They’re comfortable. They can stay in all day. They have an app for adjusting responses to frequencies and you can adjust them for various environments — like restaurants. Their customer support is really good. And I mean really good. Over the years, I have bought and worn many pairs of hearing aids -- from the really pricey ones to the really cheap ones. These are the best. When you buy them, you need to understand two things: Like all hearing aids, they're not brilliant in noisy environments, like restaurants. You need to choose where you sit. Second, they use Bluetooth. which is mostly reliable, but not always. There is no perfect hearing aid. These are about as close as you can get. And the price is right. $489. Worth every penny. Truly a winner
This is purely the winner for a quality built hearing aid. I love the fact that you can take a quick hearing test then the aids adjust to your results. After several different hearing aid purchases, this one is worth every dollar for many years to come.

My Little Rhodey Father Loves These
I recently purchased the Vivtone Bluetooth Xpure 2.0 Hearing Aids for my father, and he has been very pleased overall. The devices are impressively lightweight - so much so that he often forgets he's wearing them. Sound clarity is excellent, with voices and everyday environmental sounds coming through cleanly and naturally. Battery performance has also been strong; a full charge easily lasts all day and well into the evening, which makes daily use very convenient. There are a couple of areas where the experience could be improved. The instruction materials could be clearer, particularly regarding how to replace the wax guards (wax pods). More step-by-step guidance or better illustrations would be helpful for new users. My father says that he would also appreciate clearer labeling or explanation of the small black component with numbers included in the kit, as its purpose was not immediately obvious. Additionally, the cone-shaped ear domes have small slits, which we assume are designed for comfort and sound venting, but this is not explained in the documentation. Overall, these hearing aids offer excellent comfort, sound quality, and battery life. With clearer instructions and better explanation of the included accessories, they would be even more user-friendly. My father highly recommends them to others looking for a lightweight, reliable hearing aid option.

Works great and fast support
I purchased these for my 90 year old father who has moderate hearing loss. He had a professionally fitted pair that cost 4 grand and lasted about two years. He says these sound better, more clear. The setup app made it really easy to dial in using my phone. I had an issue using the app so I reached out to support and they emailed back the next day. The issue turned out to be user error. Definately worth the money, in my opinion.

Decent hearing aids
Ok I took a while to write this review due to wanting to make sure I gave these a fair try beforehand. Pros: app control, hearing test, the auto tuning, charging case, rechargeable batteries, BT feature, customer service Cons: BT control, Not loud enough for severe hearing loss, fitment To give a little background I have used actual dr. prescribed hearing aids for several years, and I also have had a bone anchored hearing aid. Both hearing aids cost $5k-$8k in order to give a little detail on how much better they are. These hearing aids for their price point are very good overall, and if you have slight to moderate hearing loss they will be a great addition to help you out. The fact you can use the app and do a hearing test, and then let the hearing aids auto adjust the eq is a huge plus. However, to do the hearing test it is very difficult to find somewhere quiet enough. I actually had to turn off the A/C in the house and get in the master bedroom closet to cut out any additional noise to do the test and get them set up. The first set I had the right hearing aid would get so much distortion from voices that it was unbearable. It only distorted voices in the hearing aid mode. In BT mode everything sounded fine. In hearing mode all other sounds other than voices sounded fine. The left one was perfectly fine. I had to reach out to customer service and actually type out a book so they understood exactly what I was complaining about because they were trying to say it was the settings at first. Once I actually explained everything they then sent a right ear replacement and it functions like the left one does. The main complaint is I have severe hearing loss in my right ear, and these are not loud enough. My google pixel ear buds put out way more sound than these do. (I know pixel buds aren't hearing aids, but I would hope that a hearing aid could produce louder sound than these do, and my previous prescribed hearing aids did). My experience is that you have to have the MPO about 80% at all times in order to avoid distortion. So you can turn the sound up to 100% but the MPO is at 80% limiting how much output is actually placed to the hearing aid. In my opinion these are very underpowered. The other complaint I have is that if you have large ear canals they don't have big enough domes to fit larger ear canals, and it took me several tries to find the right size online to replace it with and get a good fit. The other complaint is they switch to BT automatically for phone and music, then if you go into the app to change a setting on the hearing aid it tells you to take it out of BT mode and put it in to hearing mode, but there is no way for the user to do this because it happens automatically, and BT is required to use the app. Hopefully this will be revised in a software setting. Overall these are good hearing aids with great features, and if you have moderate hearing loss you will probably enjoy these especially for the price.

Consider these!
Easy setup and work very well. These replaced old Miracle Ear hearing aids and I wanted to update to something rechargeable and with bluetooth. A new pair of Miracle Ear would cost over $5k! These fit the bill perfectly and I am very pleased with their performance.
