最初激痛だけどめちゃめちゃいい

材料や作りからするとかなり割高です。 これなら類似品でも大差ないかと思いますが、耐久性、安全性が違うのかも知れません。 使用始めは、信じられないくらい痛いですが、諦めず使うと信じられませんが慣れます。 劇的な効果を感じるわけでは無いですが、何か達成感、スッキリ感を感じます。 値段が半額ぐらいならオススメできます。

よく寝られるようになった

緑色の真ん中の痛さのものにしました。開封時ちょっと手が触れただけでも「いたっ！」と声が出ました。最初シャツ1枚で横になったらあまり刺激を感じなかったので素肌で寝てみたら、呼吸もままならないほど痛かったです！でもすぐ慣れました。痛くなくなるわけではなく、痛みに慣れるだけですが、本当にクセになります。痛いと体に良さそうという思い込みかもしれません。痛くてもしょっちゅう寝落ちして、起き上がる時が地獄のように痛いので、やはり寝落ちする前に外すのがいいかと。それと素肌で使うので、カバーだけ洗濯できるのがとてもありがたいです！突起は外せないので手洗いするのもまた恐怖ですが…。なお、小学生の息子たちも試したら、なんとまったく痛くないとのこと。やせ我慢してる様子もなし。若いってすごい。

1万5000円は高すぎると思ったが、これは買う価値がある。血流が良くなるし、歩き回った日にこれを踏むだけで浮腫がすっ飛ぶ。首用は買わずに、これの下にタオルを巻いて自分に合った高さにできるのでこれだけで十分。

So worth the purchase. my back muscles were an absolute mess so much so that I’ve had a numb spot on the bottom of my right foot for close to a year. I started laying on the mat for 20 min every night and after a little more than 2 weeks all the feeling came back in that once numb spot on my foot. The best time to do the shakti mat is right before bed after you’ve done your whole bedtime routine. When you first use it definitely start by laying on your bed. But I’ve used it so much now I can lay on the shakti mat on the hard floor. Be aware that laying on it nightly can possible cause your body to react with anxiety but if you can push through it and keep going that will subside. That wont be everyone’s experience but it was mine and my sisters. So just be aware that laying on the shakti mat routinely can move trapped stress and emotion. When first using the mat it is a little intense but if you can make it through the first 3-5 minutes your body will relax and grow accustomed to the feeling. The shakti mat is so relaxing that me, my husband and my sister have all almost fallen asleep on it and honestly if didn’t keep myself aware I would absolutely conk out on it. I really like neck pillow too but not to use together with the mat. You don’t really get the full benefit of either of you use them at the same time. I’ve used the neck pillow when I’ve had a tension headache and after laying on for 20 minutes my headache was gone. Highly, Highly recommend. A very good buy!

Level 2 I am familiar with acupuncture but took me to justify for purchasing this product. Day 1 I felt in love. Felt relaxed about only a few minutes past. Just wondering how to keep hygiene this product every time I use.

Well made, and uses sustainable organic materials. By definition, a modern take on the bed of nails is not comfortable. The experience is ultimately satisfying and comforting, however. Certainly improves sleep( I use it before nodding off) and generates a feeling of well being. It is possibly helping back pain, but can’t be too sure about this. I’m glad I bought it, and use it every day.

Diese Matte ist fantastisch. Ich habe hin und her überlegt diese oder eine günstigere. Ich bin froh mich für diese entschieden zu haben, die Qualität ist super, die Matte ist etwas dicker als andere, weich und qualitativ hochwertig. Hinzu kommt ein gutes Gefühl Frauen in Indien vernünftig zu bezahlen von daher finde ich den Preis angemessen. Zum nutzen kann ich sagen , es tut erstmal weh, nach 2-3 Minuten ist es okay, ich bin auch schon darauf eingeschlafen. Ich fühle mich entspannt. Ich benutze sie für den Rücken und auch für die Füße. Jeweils 20-30 Minuten. Super kann ich tatsächlich empfehlen. Danke
