Would Not Calibrate.
Lousy. Too cheap - especially for the price. I had a $50 drone that worked better than this one. I could not get it to calibrate. Therefore, I could not use it at all. The instructions were also very poor. It is apparent that the instructions were written by someone in China. The illustrations did not agree with the written instructions and the English was very broken.

Good Starter Drone
Other than some micro drones in the house, I haven't used a drone before. I didn't want to spend a lot of money to try one out and while I ended up being sent this one through Vine, I think the price is right for trying it out and inevitably crashing it repeatedly. It was easy to set up and get paired to the remote and calibrate it to get up and running. My son and I gave it a try outside hoping for better results than the micro drones we crashed immediately in the past. This one is a bit larger and wasn't as easily affected by a minor breeze and despite it's increased size was not really any louder than the micro drones we tried before. I was a little worried about how long it would last given it feels relatively cheap (though surprisingly good considering how little it costs), but it took some solid hits and kept going without an issue. It did also come with some extra parts though we haven't had to use any of them yet. The camera is not particularly great, but as a starter it's fine to try out trying to film things from the air (my camera skills are as bad as my flying skills currently). It could also use a bigger battery as I think it only lasted 10 minutes or so. As far as connectivity, I had no issue with losing connectivity (though my yard is fairly small). As I said, it's a good drone to start with to see if you like drones, but I don't think it's going to last long term and I'd probably eventually upgrade to a nicer one if we keep using it.

Not bad, i'd say good for beginners
First off, this is definitely for kids or beginners. Nothing really bad to say about it, just that it's rather lightweight ( the handheld unit) ,feels cheap. We had fun trying to figure out how to use it. We laughed so much because we kept crashing the drone. The camera was ok , not HD or anything. Definitely try this somewhere wide open, if you try it in your backyard it's liable to go over the fence into the neighbors yard. We played with it inside the house, just started pushing buttons and it took off. I'd say it's a good starting point if you want something to learn on before you spend big bucks on a bigger/ better drone.
