After using this brush for a while, I can honestly say it’s one of the best hair tools I’ve added to my routine. I use this brush both in the shower with conditioner and on dry hair before styling, and it performs beautifully either way. On wet hair, it glides through thick knots without pulling or tugging. On dry hair — which used to be a battle zone — it detangles smoothly without that awful snatching or pain most brushes give. Because my hair gets so dry and frizzy, knots were a daily struggle. I used to dread brushing because it would yank and break strands. With the Tangle Teezer, that’s basically a non-issue now. It feels gentle and flexible, and I notice way less breakage — and less pulling at the roots. It’s kind of insane how much more comfortable brushing becomes with this design. My waves tend to look frizzy and undefined after brushing, but this brush detangles without flattening or ruining my wave pattern. It keeps my texture intact, which is such a relief. After brushing, my waves still have movement and shape, not that weird stretched-out look some brushes give. The shape fits nicely in my hand, and the bristles are firm enough to get through knots but soft enough that it’s not painful. The Millennial Pink color is just a cute bonus — it looks fun on my vanity and surprisingly feels more luxury-like than my old cheap brushes. Honestly, brushing hair went from a dreaded chore to something I don’t flinch at anymore. And that’s a huge deal when your hair tangles every single time it dries. It’s pricier than drugstore brushes, but this genuinely feels like a tool — not a gimmick. It’s also not meant for thick curly hair (more ideal for straight → wavy types), but for my wavy texture it’s fantastic. I got the pink Tangle Teezer brush and I love it so much. It’s really gentle on my hair and doesn’t pull or hurt when I’m brushing, even when my hair is a little tangled. It works especially well on wet hair, which is usually hard for me to manage. The brush is also lightweight and easy to hold, and the pink color is really cute. I noticed less breakage after using it compared to my old brush. Overall, it’s a great brush for daily use and I would definitely recommend it!

Great Brush! I love that the plastic bristles are soft & gentle on the hair and scalp but are still firm enough to be extremely effective & gentle. No frizz or static when using this brush. I also like that it’s all one piece, so when washing the brush it doesn’t hold water

Good hairbrush. I love how it feels against my scalp. I like how it doesn’t have the little “balls” at the end of the bristles, so hair and such doesn’t get stuck and the brush stays clean. Very lightweight. From my family’s experience, this brush is great for hair textures 1A- 3C. We haven’t tried on 4A-4C. Detangles very well. I wish the quality were a tad bit better, mine cracked after being dropped on hard wood, and a couple of my daughter’s bristles bent. I also think it’s worth a little less than $15. I still would buy again, and I do recommend.

This is a fantastic brush, and I'd hate to be without it! I have fine, straight, medium-thick hair that is now so long I can sit on it. I almost always wear it down, with no curls or waves. Naturally, it gets tangled quite easily. My old brush would pull too much hair out every morning (and any other time I decided to brush it), and that was concerning. I tried a natural bristle brush, but considering my hair's thickness, all it did was glide across the surface of my hair, i.e., no detangling. So, I began searching Amazon for a good detangling brush. When I found this brush, it seemed perfect for my needs, and the price was great! To say I wasn't disappointed is an understatement. This brush is everything I hoped for and more. The really great thing is that it goes through my super-long hair and gets out any tangles without tugging or pulling out my hair. It's also good for the scalp, very lightweight, and just plain pretty. And it's so easy to clean. I just swish my brush around in soapy water, then rinse. That's it. I love the size of this brush. It's very lightweight, and it seems to have been ergonomically designed. The grip is great. The brush also seems quite durable, and I expect it to last for years. And a big plus is that it comes in so many pretty colors. Just choose your favorite. I find I'm brushing my hair more now, and I'm enjoying it more. Before I bought this brush, I was considering having my hair cut to a little below shoulder length so the upkeep would be easier. Now, no way! Once you have hair this long, you miss it if you cut it. Knowing I can depend on this brush to detangle my hair, whether my hair is wet or dry lets me keep its length and enjoy it. My hair has never been so shiny and glossy, and I get compliments on it all the time. I owe them all to this brush. Try it. I think you'll love it!

This is a great brush. In the past I’ve had problems with the bristles falling apart for some of the competitors brands, but not with this brush! It’s durable and easy to use. My hair is fine but I have a lot of it and it manages tangles easily.

Ok brush but not as nice as their original brushes were. They don't feel as comfortable as original.

Just as described. My hair is always tangled after wash; I pull off many strands daily with a regular brush. It seems that this magical brush terminates this sad routine. I love it!
