For customers or manufacturer = Can the face mask be fully detached from the beanie without damaging the beanie?

The mask is not attached to the beanie at all. It just looks that way in the picture

Is the mask removable?

I believe if you look at the pictures that are attached to this product for sale you will see that the mask is a separate item from the skullcap.

What does it consist of?

Thick knitted beanie and small mask of the same material. They were not attached to each other (at least in the other one I received). And the mask is very small, would fit a child or petite person.
