Columbia mens Bugaboo V Pant

Omni-heat tech is the real deal! With just jeans on underneath, my legs stayed perfectly warm while out in -8 F temps with 12mph winds. I'm just under 6' tall and weigh 185lbs with an athletic build, and the large fit me best with jeans underneath. I tried a different style of snow pants from Columbia in medium and they were so tight I could barely button them. I bought the Columbia Shotski jacket to go along with these snow pants, and it's the perfect combination to keep you warm and dry in extreme cold and snow. The jacket in medium was the perfect size. Roomy enough for a sweatshirt and more without restricting your range of motion. If you need cold weather gear, look no further.

Good size and perfect quality

Comfortable fit - I'm a 5' 10" male, 175lbs and selected medium. They fit well, not super roomy, but I needed them for walking tours on the Antarctica. Bright blue, ample pockets. Love the internal leg gaiters with the pants over them with snaps after putting on. They're relatively light weight, not bulky. The reflective heat lining helps with warmth. I would buy these again.

Son loved them. Wore them for multiple days of skiing, very warm, dried quickly. Great value and quality. Comfortable fit. He wants another pair to wear in the warehouse during cold weather .

Regarding statements being made about sizing, I wear a 3XL pants so I ordered a 3XL bugaboo snow pants and they were too tight. So I ordered a 4XL Tall and they fit me perfect. So in my opinion the sizing of these pants runs small from my experience.

These are great they fit comfortably and are very warm. Wore them during a trip to Michigan and was comfortable in the 18° weather.

It can handle one of the coldest and one of the snowiest places in the world, Hokkaido, Japan. The Boot Cuff needs to be improved a bit. It should be a bit tighter.

Good quality but oversize

I have these and the Snowgun model and these work better with pants underneath. The Snowguns have a fleece lining that works better with a pair of shorts, while these have a slicker foil lining thats easier to wear with pants. These have a matte outer fabric as opposed to the more slippery feeling shell on the Snowgun's. These also have additional rear pockets and an adjustable waist that the Snowgun pants are lacking. They're both great snowpants that I use for different outdoor tasks.

Overall feels great. Size fit well. Just a bit too baggy for ski pants. Maybe can have slim fit in the future.
