Best microwave ever!
Best microwave I ever had! I love the dial feature which makes so much more sense than a keypad for timers! Also it feels really high quality with its stainless steel look. And super easy to clean inside. I also have never had any food in it come out unravels heated (I’ve had it for a few months now). Only downside is it might be a bit pricy depending on the person, but I am totally happy with it and would absolutely consider looking at this brand again in the future for other appliances.

If you work in a busy office, get this microwave
Honestly, it IS a bit loud and the fan is intermittent, but it works like a champ and no one's going to reprogram it if the admin is away. Win-win.

Powerful enough for TV Dinners; easy enough for OLD people
Easy to use basic microwave with enough power for TV dinners. Needed something basic for an old guy who can't learn new tricks. Good power and easy use was perfect for us.

Microwave arrived completed smashed on one side.
This microwave arrived completely smashed on one side. The box had corner damage in that side, but it makes me wonder how sturdy the housing to the microwave is. Returned the item and reordered, hopefully the new one arrives intact.

I run a 209 person facility with people who use this appliance all day everyday. All the microwaves we were purchasing the push buttons would fail in a few months. Shortly later the entire microwave would start to malfunction or stop working all together. This microwave has now been out twice as long as any of them.

Needed an Alzheimer’s Friendly Microwave
Love all aspects of simplicity. For an Alzheimer’s patient a simple microwave with “all the buttons and lights” are confusing. This oven is one knob operation. No lights or clocks to confuse anyone. Odd aspect about this oven is the fan runs for 1 minute after opening. At first impression it is still cooking with the door open. This isn’t the case but something to get used to

I bought this particular microwave for different reasons, but it ended up in our house. My wife and kids have been using it and to my surprise they love it! It cooks popcorn to perfection, and my wife couldn't believe how evenly it heated a plate of food without a turntable. I don't write reviews often, but when I heard how much they liked this, I thought I should!

Perfect for our use at a retirement home

Update - Mar 2023, it has packed up, sparks flying, not heating up. Apparantly the 2 year warranty expired 2 months ago ! Update - Jan 28/21. I have had this microwave a couple weeks now and my opinion has changed. It does NOT heat quickly......in fact its slower than any microwave I have had. Definitely not worth the $350 and I wouldn't buy this again. I LOVE this microwave and its exactly what I needed! Not a lot of fancy buttons and settings, just the dial to set the cook time.... super easy to use. No longer have to deal with a turntable, food heats up evenly and quickly. Yes, the fan does stay on for a short time after heating food up to cool it off as it is very powerful. Probably the best microwave I have had and so far, its worth the money. 😁
