Winter Socks 5 Pairs Women Vintage Wool Socks Thick Knit Warm Comfort Socks

I have to list these as "Somewhat large" because I have a larger than normal foot, and they fit perfectly! That can be difficult to find, often socks are made in smaller sizes which can make them fairly uncomfortable for me.I machine washed and dried them before wearing them - they came through with no visible damage. Putting them on this morning, they stretched to fit perfectly. They molded snugly to my feet, with a bit of extra elastic around the ankle, but not so tight that I'll have that deep sock indent for hours after I take them off. They've stayed put while walking a fair bit in winter boots - socks sliding down and trying to escape while I'm walking is a total deal breaker!The colors and patterns are fun, and can possibly be mixed and matched by someone less OCD than me. (However, if they wear out one sock at a time, I will mix it up for longer life for the remaining ones.)Despite the listing showing them as winter wool, they seem to be made of cotton, soft and washable. Not a bad thing, but not as listed.

These socks are so comfy and fun to wear. I put on a pear one night before Christmas because my feet were so cold. I actually bought the socks to use a stocking stuffers for some coffee cups, but I ended up keeping all of the socks myself! No one got stocking stuffers from me~! I got all the stocking stuffers. The socks wash really well, that was the true test. The color remained and they did not shrink or stretch. I love these socks. Hopefully next Christmas, I will re-order some more and everyone will receive them. LOL

After getting such a bargain on these socks, my expectations for quality were low...but I was pleasantly surprised! Not only are they extremely soft and comfortable, but the colors are vibrant (and hold up after washing). They did seem to stretch a little after wear, which gave them a tendency to slouch a bit, but not annoyingly, so. Final review: great value for the price!

These socks were part of my gift giving inspiration this past 2018 Christmas Season. I ordered several sets in different patterns to put in gift baskets. I was pleasantly surprised at how soft and how warm they are. Everyone loved them and it was fun to watch them being exchanged at the end of the gift unwrapping so everyone found a favorite set. I mixed and matched sets in gift bags with things like bath oils for all my sisters-in-law as well as for my sister, and my daughter. For my niece "the donut" I found a different set here on Amazon, with food items like donuts!

They are nice, good colors. I was really looking for some old fashion knit socks. They wouldn't work for a women with a larger foot size.

Adorable. While these aren't thick, out in the tundra all day socks (I live in Green Bay, WI and know my frigid weather), they are comfy, cute and warm enough for around the house and regular daily wear with element appropriate foot wear. Thin enough to wear with slippers or boots so they still fit fine and you don't roast; thick enough not to feel or look cheap. For the price, you can't beat these. Getting 3 more sets for my teenage girls' stocking stuffers.

This is the third set of these socks that I have ordered. They are warm and thick, without being too thick, perfect with boots. They fit my size 8.5 and my daughter's size 9.5 feet perfectly. They wash up nicely without any pilling.

I bought these based on the description of the product. These are NOT according to what is described. For the price $7- it's what it is. Wool? Probably not, light weight, yes because it's NOT wool. Comfy yes. Affordable yes, quality well......
