I have been unable to use the item as the power plug does not meet Australian standards in fact when Itried to use the appliance it blew the electrical fuse making it in workable. As I purchased this in good faith not knowing I could not use it I would like to request a refund of the purchase price please

What is for a Christmas gift for my roommate she absolutely loves it. Her old one does not hold as much water so she’s able to have as much coffee as she loved makes so it was definitely worth the price at first. I thought it was a little high price, but she loves it and that’s all that matters. Purple color is gorgeous and she said it keeps the coffee on very hot. The water comes out extremely hot and her other coffee machine was not doing that very satisfied.
