I love V-8 juice, and was so happy to see an original recipe with high fiber. I enjoy the taste, and whether I drink it alone or with a meal I look forward to my daily dose. There are 6 gm of fiber in a cup, 7 gm of sugar (from the vegetables - tomatoes, carrots, celery, beets, parsley, lettuce, watercress, spinach). There are no added sugars. There is one thing to be aware of - there is soluble corn fiber used in the recipe that comes from genetically modified crops. I have enclosed a photo of the label.

Just the right amount of heat. Buying the spicy hot style means I don’t have to add my own hot sauce. If you like spicy, this odd for you.
