Great value for your money. Taste delicious with my keto cheesecake recipes. Not dry so I’m able to crush them for my crust. Have a low carb and healthy dessert. Just add some fresh strawberries on top. The resealable bag is great to keep them fresh

The bag says 150 Calories for a serving size of 8 pieces (30 grams), 150 Calories. That means each piece is less than 4 grams. And there's only two servings in a bag. For comparison, the serving size for Chips Ahoy cookies is 3 cookies (33 grams), which is 150 Calories. The difference is that a serving of Chips Ahoy cookies has 8g fat, 22g carbs, 1g protein, whereas one serving of Highkey Snickerdoodles has 14g fat, 9g total carbs (1g net carbs) and 4g protein. Basically, they increased the fiber a little bit, almost doubled the fat, replace the HFCS with erythritol, and more than doubled the protein. But the calories still come out the same. BTW, subtracting fiber and sugar alcohols to get "net carbs" isn't exactly fair. The truth is that regular carbs provide anywhere from 3 to 5 Calories per gram, erythritol provides 0.2 Calories per gram, and fiber provides anywhere from 1 to 3 Calories per gram indirectly (because it ferments in your gut and then you get calories from the fermentation). For example, if you eat something with 30 total carbs, including 10g fiber and 10g erythritol, your body gets about the same energy as if you'd eaten 16 regular carbs, not 10. In this case, Highkey says 1 serving is 9 total carbs including 2g fiber and 6g erythritol, which is equivalent to 1.62 regular carbs, but they call it "1g net carbs". Oh, and I'm assuming their numbers provided are accurate, not rounded off. But, hey, 1.62 is still a LOT better than 22 carbs in Chips Ahoy (assuming carbs is all you care about). If what you want is double the fat, double the protein, and 1/10 the carbs, then these cookies are for you. If you want your food in tiny bites, so you're forced to slow down while you eat, these cookies are for you. If you want only two servings in a bag, so even if you lose your mind and eat the whole bag it's still just two servings, these cookies are for you. If you want low calorie cookies, these are not for you. Personally, I like to crumble up three of these tiny cookies and sprinkle the crumbs into my vanilla yogurt and pretend it's cheesecake.

I am a regular user of Highkey Mini Cookies, and I just had to share my thoughts with you because I think you might really enjoy them too, especially considering how mindful you are about sugar and carb intake. These cookies are a game-changer for anyone looking to indulge their sweet tooth without compromising their dietary preferences. What I love most about them is not only their taste, which is surprisingly delicious for a sugar-free option, but also their versatility. First off, these do a fantastic job of satisfying those snack cravings without the guilt. They're perfectly crunchy, and the flavors are on point – it’s hard to believe they're low in carbs and sugar-free. But what truly sets them apart is how amazing they are for culinary creativity. I've been experimenting with them as a base for a sugar-free pie crust, and the result was phenomenal. The texture and taste they bring to the pie are just so satisfying, making it a big hit among my family who usually don't even care if it's sugar-free or not. Moreover, they're also fantastic as toppings. I crushed them over some pudding the other day, and it added such a delightful crunch and flavor depth that elevated the whole dessert. You could also easily sprinkle them over ice cream or use them in parfait layers for that extra something special. So, if you're on the lookout for a snack that fits into a low-carb, sugar-free lifestyle without skimping on taste or if you're just curious to try something new that's actually tasty, I genuinely recommend Highkey. They've become a staple in my pantry for both snacking and baking adventures. Let me know if you decide to try them, and of course, if you come up with any other creative ways to use them! Take care!

The taste was great. My complaint is that 10 cookies is the serving size. There is supposed to be 2.5 servings in the bag. There was only 15 cookies in my bag.
