Can it be run on glycol and cool below 32F ?

Yes, but the colder you go the lower the cooling capacity becomes. We have a whole line of glycol chillers that are better performing at these lower temps, that’s what they are built for.

Highly depends on the application and amount of heat going into the water. A well insulated lobster tank could likely hit 40F, maybe lower. Same chiller on an plastic injection molding machine might struggle to maintain 90F. Contact us and we can review your system and provide a recommendation.
