Use these every session, great quality from EKKO. Very good for cable laterals and single arm tricep pushdowns as well as back movements with the straps. Wish it was a little cheaper but eh

Works great and if you attach them to each other you can wrap it above your elbow and use it as a cuff for lateral raises or flys

Bought these for Y lateral raises using cables. My grip is very bad so I wanted to use wrist straps for them. I am a girl and my wrist are small so they do go over the attachment bit but thats not a problem for me. I think if you have a bigger wrist it shouldn’t be a problem! its got a good D attachment bit and feels very sturdy. CANT WAIT TO USE THEM AT THE GYM. Hopefully they’re not crap, i’m sick of trying cheap wrist straps over and over again. update: USED THEM AT THE GYM AND THEY ARE GREAT, worth the money!
