I have used this product for a few months. I take it in the evening before bed to help with sleep. It dissolves easily and has no flavor making it easy to mix with any beverage. I highly recommend.

I use this product at night with my hot tea. It dissolves quickly and is tasteless. I am able to get a good nights rest and feel energized in the morning. If you are looking to get some sleep after a long day, this is something you need to try.

Currently taking 1 - 1 1/2 scoops per day in the evening with water. It isn't flavorless, but I actually like the taste. I do wish I was seeing more results though. I do notice some calming effect to my anxiety and better sleep quality. But I am not getting any laxative effect whatsoever and was hoping this would help my constipation. May continue to up the dosage to see if it helps. I do plan to keep taking this or another magnesium supplement though.

Ok does it work? 100%. Is it a lumpy disgusting mess? Also yes. Holy carp is this stuff is gross. It’s shocking. The only acceptable way to take this would be in capsules. I’ve been choking this disgusting sludge down for months because I’m too cheap to get new stuff and too grossed out to take it daily. It looks like male discharge when mixed in water and the taste is ungodly. I have to mix it with an entire packet of true lemon or crystal light to disguise it. And don’t get the bright idea to just take it as a powder, I was 100% sure I’d have to go to the ER for chemical burns. (I did not, but how is it that painful?!) I’ve gone to naturopaths my entire life, so I’m not unfamiliar with disgusting concoctions. This. Is. the worst. It will mix into water but you have to really want it. You CAN add it to a protein shake but that nasty just shines through. I’m sorry, pure encapsulations, I normally love your products, but this is just evil.

The product works great, but tastes horrible.
