I received the bike and things went together just fine but the throttle did not work. Eahora has you work with Amazon customer service on fixing the issue and they know nothing about the product. I spent six weeks emailing them and trying new parts and nothing worked. Now they say it can’t be returned because too much time has passed. I would not recommend buying this bike. Very poor service support and now I’m out $3,500 and have a pedal bike that does now work.

I am 400+ lbs, getting an e-bike has helped me to get off my butt and get moving. This bike is big enough and has enough torque to get me up the hill I live on and to work. I am looking forward to riding it a lot more, if it would stop raining everyday 😅. Needless to say, the bike is quite sturdy and it still goes nice and fast despite my weight. [If you are as big as I am and don’t want to bottom out the shocks, you will need to buy a shock pump to get enough pressure in there.]
