I purchase this tea monthly. and I drink it daily. Not only is it healthy but it taste great. I have been purchasing this brand for nearly a year now and I have never been disappointed. It is my go to Hibiscus tea.

I love this hibiscus tea, especially as a cold drink during the warmer months. I brew it hot and refrigerate it overnight to drink the next day. I got this originally to help with high blood pressure, and I love the tart, refreshing taste. You can add sugar or other sweeteners to it if you feel like it is too sour, but I prefer it without sugar now. One bag will last you quite awhile.
