This is the original Ibarra Mexican chocolate. Don't be fooled by the box that is sold at Safeway by Nestle with a lot of unnecessary chemicals added in. Safeway's pictures a grandmother on thea red & yellow box shaped like Ibarra. Ingredients in Ibarra are cacao paste, sugar, cinnamon, & lecithin. Nestle has these ingredients & a lot of other chemicals. So order the real Ibarra Mexican Chocolate,

Fantastic flavor. Perfect for a weekend treat. I actually grate it on a fine cheese grater. Then add milk and heat up. Add peanut butter whiskey for extra warmth.

Love it, but I cut the milk by half. Two cups per one tablet. Heat, break up the tablet, whisk and serve.

This is my favorite type of chocolate to use for hot chocolate. I used it a lot for when I was breast-feeding because I noticed my supply increase a good amount. The taste is great. And it is pretty sweet, but it doesn’t have as much sugar as the powdered hot chocolates.
