BELLA 13930 One Scoop One Cup Coffee Maker, Black

This is the second time I have purchased this model. The first one quit working. Normally, I wouldn't re-order something that broke so soon after I ordered it, but the Bella coffee maker is so cheap and the coffee so good that I decided to take a chance. If this one goes, you can bet I won't order a third.

I loved this coffee maker when I got one that worked. It's a nice design in 5 nice colors. Makes a great cup of coffee very fast.The first one came in not working at all. It would not heat the water. I returned it with no problem and got a new one from Amazon.The second coffee maker died in just a little over three months. Amazon would not allow a return after about 2 months.I have written to the company to see if there is any help there. I hope they can help. I have had coffee makers ever since you could buy them retail. I have never had the unit fail I have always broken the pot and the replacement pot cost more than the machine so I would buy a new one.If the company helps out I will give them a few more stars because the coffee maker is great when it works.

I have the usual 8-12 cup coffee maker, but being single I found myself throwing away too much coffee I never got to. This little guy solved the problem! Now, it doesn't have a 'pause mode', BUT I use a travel mug, and my coffee is done in about 5 minutes, AND it's HOTTER than with my larger coffee maker! It comes with a NICE ceramic mug (which I haven't used yet), and the base is adjustable (with a 2nd set of tabs) to raise it up if you want to use a mug.I've had this for a couple of months now, and (so far), no problems. I don't waste a lot of coffee anymore- just add about 2 1/2 tablespoons into the permanent filter, fill up my travel mug with cold water, add it, and start it up.If you're looking for something to SAVE on coffee, makes it fast (about 5 mins for my 16 oz mug), and is easy- check it out!*UPDATE*Well, it's Sept 2019, and I'm still using my Bella- with the original mesh filter. It's still working great, and absolutely no problems!

Comes on but doesn't heat after 1.5 months of mild use...

The main thing I didn't like about it, was that, although the cup was stainless steel on the outside, it was plastic on the inside. So I didn't use it because of the potential for BPA. The coffee maker made pretty good coffee I didn't have a problem with that..I had read that some people had an issue with the coffee grounds staying where they're supposed to so I used a coffee filter and that worked well. My main objective in buyingit was for a trip I was taking, and it fulfilled that beautifully. I haveput it away for the time being until my next trip.

nice coffee maker for one cup it's not quite real hot hot so I have to microwave itcan't really complain for the price a good bargain

Failed within 6 months and could not reach any support to get a replacement. It is the thermistor in it that goes bad and if you happen to know how, you can replace it. But I would put your money towards one the times out and turns off after brewing!
