dying battery render the ring useless, free replacement seamlessly provided
Product works as expected and is hepful. After 7 months of usage battery is dying, resisiting less than one day after full charged. I contacted the seller, and free replacement arrived in couple of days, no need to return the mafunctioning one. As such, a one star reviewe turned into a 5 stars.

Life changing if you’re willing to put the work in
I’ve had it for a month now and I can say it really keeps me on track not necessarily health and fitness but more habits and trends. I think everyone can benefit from it. It came neatly packaged and sealed 100% new and after wearing every day I definitely have a lot of small scratches (and I take it off for showering doing dishes etc) but not visible to the normal eye

Tarnished very quickly, choose carefully
The Oura Ring colour has tarnished within 4 weeks of wearing, it now looks copper (not rose gold), and doesn't match my jewellery. I'd ideally like to exchange but the return window is really short on Amazon and there is no option to swap now even after a short period, wouldn't recommend as the colours tarnish very quickly!

Je ne l'ai pas depuis longtemps, mais pour l'instant j'en suis très satisfaite. Grâce au baguier, j'ai pu définir la bonne taille de bague. Je ne dirais pas qu'elle est rose, je dirais plus que ça fait métal doré mais joli. Et puis par rapport aux autres bagues connectées qui sont souvent noires, celle-ci est de fait, plus discrète. Je préfère. Quant aux fonctionnalités, avec l'application je suis mon sommeil, ma FC, la variabilité de ma FC, ma FR... J'ai découvert avec joie que mon âge cardiovasculaire est de 6 ans plus jeune que mon âge physiologique. Déjà que ma balance impédencemètre me dit que mon âge métabolique est de plus de 10 ans de moins que mon âge physiologique... Ces appareils sont très sympas!

Después de un mes con el Oura Ring 4, puedo decir que no es “otro wearable”: es un coach silencioso pegado al dedo. Lo que más valoro: Sueño con datos que importan. El Sleep Score no es solo un número, combina latidos, HRV, respiración, temperatura y "microdespertares" para explicarte por qué dormiste así. Gracias a eso ajusté la hora de cenar y la cafeína y mi sueño profundo subió considerablemente. Readiness realista. El anillo detecta si estás recuperado o si ayer te pasaste entrenando (o con el vinito 🍷). Días en que me “sentía bien” me recomendó bajar el ritmo… y tenía razón. Temperatura y ciclos. Las variaciones nocturnas son súper útiles: anticipó un resfriado leve y, si te interesa, se integra para predicción de ciclo. Actividad sin fricción. No necesito abrir nada: detecta caminatas, gym suave y me da pequeñas “tareas” (moverme cada hora, cerrar objetivos sin obsesión). Batería y comodidad. 4–6 días por carga, 20–30 min al cargador y listo. Es cómodo, discreto (Stealth se ve elegante) y puedo dormir sin sentir que llevo un ladrillo en la muñeca. Lo menos perfecto (pero no me baja la nota): la suscripción es otra cuota al mes y el acabado rallarse con facilidad. He optado por comprar protectores de silicona de varios colores para combinar.
