Incredible! I take a spoonful every day when I wake up and when I go to bed. You can feel the difference in bodily recovery time, energy levels, and overall physical/mental health. Stuff tastes not so great kinda like oregano oil without the burn so basically it tastes real. I’ve been taking it everyday. I’ll come back and let you know if I grow horns or something. I haven’t had any bad side effects so that’s good.

I live this oil for the simple fact when I get inflammation from gout, I rub a little bit of oil to massage on my hands or feet and it does help for me with the pain.
