A very informative workbook
A very informative workbook. I am just beginning my journey with attachment theory and this is definitely an eye opening book. There is a tonne of information here and it is very helpful that all attachment styles are analysed and explained in one place. This workbook comes in handy when you are trying to understand your family dynamics and connections. The family exercise was particularly helpful with this. In addition, I do like the caveat that attaching labels to your personality can have a downside and hence it should be more seen as a guideline to the way you form relationships rather than a fixed template, that is set in stone. This is a different approach to one I have seen so far. I would definitely recommend this!

Interesting and intriguing very well written
100% agree with other good reviews this is a book to read - this topic most of us are not even aware of but it does hit most of us sometimes even ending up relationships. A must read if you want to understand your relationships more.
