Arrived timely, coming all the way from Bulgaria. I use Sinupret often, it is a great product. Saw this seller, and thought I was getting a “DEAL”. When they arrived, I checked the strength against my US purchase, and found the tablet strength to be about 1/2. Price is equivalent to what you get!

Product is advertised as natural, however, it contains some questionable ingredients, like titanium dioxide, that are listed on the flyer that is inside the box. Not suitable for consumption as all the ingredients are not properly disclosed to a consumer.
