Here’s my detailed review of both the product and the delivery experience: Product Review: Build Quality: The Skybag is made from durable materials and feels premium despite the affordable price. The delivery person insisted on payment through Amazon Pay and refused cash or any other UPI app. Moreover, the Amazon Pay link from his mobile was not generated properly, causing unnecessary arguments and delays. Conclusion: While the Skybag itself is a great product and offers exceptional value for money, my delivery experience was disappointing. I hope Amazon addresses these delivery issues to improve the overall customer experience.
