Best I have owned so far
Heavy duty. Works well. Smooth operation. I liked it enough to buy a second one for another hose. Feels like it should last for a few years. Albeit, I have only used it for one season.

No leaks, works well.
I tried most brands over the years and this one seems better than anything I had before (though none were quite at this price) but after years of replacing them, I wanted to see if spending a little more is the answer. I had ones that were solid metal before as well as composits and several various designs but they all eventually fail by leaking madly or valve mechanism failure (usually within a year or two, tops). I will update this as time passes of course but so far, it's a great product. This thing feels industrial (I would know). The molded aluminum shell is thick but it still does not account for how heavy this thing feels until I looked inside to find the valve mechanism is also metal. Only the rotating spray pattern selector disk is plastic but even the cheaper brands don't usually fail at the disk. Time will tell.

Very low quality and poor design.
High price with low quality. The O ring inside the plunger that the handle depresses sticks and it doesn’t shut off when releasing the handle. The cheap pot metal corrodes rapidly. The spray patterns are not even on the garden mode. The cheap plastic ones the city hands out for free at water saving classes are superior.
