I have tried several other types and brands of this kind of product and whilst some of the others did work 'ok', most of them were rather 'angst' causing... because they would spray a 'stream' up into the nostrils and occasionally, if you catch it just right, those others can cause a bit of pain when they get the saline up, somewhat forcefully, into the mucous membrane area. This one, however, is awesome! It maintains a fine spray (really, it DOES actually maintain a fine spray), which makes it very comfortable, and it goes at just the right speed to not drown yourself, nor be too impatient with it. I also use one of the powered devices sold by this company and like that but, I think I may start to use this more often because it would be absolute great for traveling, and seems like just the right size to be able to put it in luggage or something without having to worry about it. It is borderline for me on the cost but, unfortunately, everything is going up in price so, it does seem 'reasonable'... just doesn't make me feel super great. Maybe they will have it on sale, frequently!?

Works as it should. The nose piece seals tight, the solution flows out of the bottle. However, it does nothing for me. It just ran up my nose and into my ear, it didn’t really clear or flush snything out for me, maybe i’n doing something wrong.

I have a bloody nose daily. I was hopeful when ordering this it would help relieve that. While, it has not eliminated the bloody nose it has helped keep my nasal passages moist. By doing that the mist has helped to reduce the severity of the nose bleed. It is easy to use and works great when used as directed. The mist aspect is nice because it coast the entire nasal passage. I have only been using it a few times a week for the last three weeks. If I would remember to use it daily I feel like it would help get rid of the nose bleeds. I would recommend giving this product a try.

Great for my daughter’s stuffy sinuses and she loves the silicon nozzle. It’s the first saline spray she’s ever willingly used!
