Jovial is the only gluten free pasta brand that I will use. It is never gummy and holds up to all kinds of sauces. I do wish that they made a radiatori pasta.

Love Jovial organic gluten free pasta... taste like good "original" Italian pasta. Tasty, good consistency, wonderful to create lots of pasta dishes.

Excellent tasting gluten free noodles. I couldn’t find this in the store recently, but was able to find on Amazon. Recently found a store that carries this & much less expensive. But if need in a hurry & can’t find, glad I saw on Amazon.
