*** Updating review 8/17/2025*** I have noticed some bloating, gas and a slight change in BM. Nothing that would cause me to not want to continue taking this. Still losing wieght. Down a total of 25lbs now. ****I bought this product in lieu of the highly marketed pharmaceuticals. I don't have a thyroid anymore due to a thyroid ectomy, I also have hashimoto's. I have been on this product for about 3 weeks and I have lost 20 pounds, I have noticed a difference in my appetite by not being able to finish a meal or just simply not wanting to snack. I would highly recommend this product, and have, to anyone looking for a non-stimulant appetite curbing or controlling aid. I don't tend to eat sugary or highly processed foods. I have not changed my diet and I have not added any exercise. It's an amazing supplement that is affordable, seems to be safer than the alternative, even if you just use it for a little while for a boost in weight loss. I highly recommend it. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.

Easy to take

Today I took this without having my morning coffee with cream an hour later I passed out, when I woke up, my brain was foggy, I had a hard time breathing, and I didn’t have the energy to stay awake. I had a racing heartbeat, and slept for 12 hours. 18 hours later I still feel lethargic, brain foggy confused not sure what to do next. Be careful if you take this medication so you don’t have the side effect that I endured . I am still having a hard time breathing. My heart still racing. Going to the hospital it’s not a financial choice that I can make. So please be very careful that you don’t experience what I did. I’ve been taking this drug for three weeks, but this is the first time I took it without having my coffee with cream so be very, very careful . oh, and I have not lost any weight.

I have made it down to my last few pounds (7 pounds) of my weightloss journey and I gotta tell you, those last few pounds are stubborn. I took one of these and then read the reviews and saw that someone got really tired after taking and it worried me because I was about to head to work but as soon as I got to work I had started feeling like I was getting a burst of energy and it was actually nice. I love the way it makes me feel. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. When I eat my lunch I take a few bites and feel full. I was unable to finish my lunch. I have three pounds in the past few days (less than three) I had weighed myself with my coat on so im sure ive lost more. I highly recommend this stuff it will do the trick and I will be buying again if I run out. No stomach aches, mood changes, no bad side affects

Everyone is different but this product has worked for me so far! My appetite has gone down and and not chugging sodas or sweets as much as before. Ice cream tastes gross to me now and I love ice cream 😕 very tiny capsules, easy to swallow. 2 a day and the bottle lasts 30 days. Price is awesome and so much better than shelling out thousands for the shots thru a doctor. Thank you for this product!

Tablets are easy to swallow, no taste which is nice, it has me eating less, so far I dropped a pound. Value is worth the try.
