Scott Kurtz (creator of pvponline.com) recommended Invincible on his podcast MANY years ago. I picked up the Ultimate Collection Vol. 1 and was not disappointed. I read the first one over and over, my jaw on the floor. I picked up the 2nd volume for some reading when I went home sick from work for something enjoyable to do in bed - again, absolutely incredible. Book #3 is no different - the writing and the art combine to make an incredible story well worth adding to any comic lovers collection...ESPECIALLY if they've already purchased 1 and 2. And if they haven't...WHY NOT?? Anything can and does happen in these books - it's chocked full o' goodness. Review: A great gift for teenage boys and girls alike - A great collection for teenagers. My son reads one a week very educational and also the artwork is explicit.

The third ultimate collection of Kirkman's Invincible is even better than the previous installments. The story is brilliantly engaging and is the right type of twisty. The characters are incredibly endearing. The book itself is wonderful. It makes it easy and more enjoyable than ever to read as it is an oversized version. I cannot recommend this more highly.
