Gameplan: The Complete Strategy Guide to go from Starter Kit to Silver

I am a YL Platinum Leader and have been looking for an *all in one* resource/training tool to help train my team, ignite some enthusiasm, help people get off the side lines, etc. Sarah has certainly hit this one out of the park! This is a complete step-by-step program, if you will, on getting from ordering your starter kit with Young Living to getting to Silver and beyond. It is all that I have learned and done and continue to do in ONE resource. This ONE resource will totally revolutionize how I train my team and the resources I direct them to in order to learn about network marketing as it pertains to sharing Young Living. 5 stars simply isn't enough to do justice for just how much I love this book and the workbook companion. Some people need a *Gameplan*, an instructional guide - THIS IS IT! So many people ask me why we *do* Young Living or Network Marketing in general and my answer has always been encompassed in ONE word - FREEDOM! On page 13 of this book, Sarah says "...freedom is better than being famous." YES YES YES! That totally struck my heart with a resounding AMEN! I love that she just gets right to it. No himhawing around - just gets to the nitty gritty of the heart of why we do Young Living as a business. Changing lives and seeing people become more FREE to do that which the Lord has called them to do. Sarah says on page 13 "Young Living is a way out. The Lord has sent you a boat. Get on it and get off that island where you're financially stranded." Spot on! Young Living has certainly been that life raft for us, not just in finances, but in our total wellness. That is why I love that Young Living seeks to bring "Wellness, Purpose, and Abundance" into every home around the globe! If you are a Young Living leader, regardless of your current rank, and need a resource to help ignite the spark in YOU and therefore in your team - GET THIS BOOK NOW! There are so many wonderful resources out there, don't get me wrong, but Sarah has been able to masterfully gather all the great information and nuggets of wisdom from each of them and wrap it all into ONE resource! Got a leader in your Young Living organization that no matter how many coaching calls you do with them, no matter how many *you can do it* chants you cheer out at them, just seems stuck or stagnant? GET THEM THIS BOOK! I wish I had had something like this a year ago! Heck, I wish this was available in 2013 when I decided to *do* the business side of Young Living. This book is masterful - everything you need to know to successfully build your Young Living business in a well written, concise format. It is packed with useful tips and tangible nuggets of information - things you can start doing immediately. Sarah's story is so powerful - her 'why' is compelling and draws you in - you will quickly see how real and genuine she is and why network marketing makes complete sense. This is not about her selling her books, it's about empowering people and giving them the tools they need to have the desires of their heart. There are no smoke and mirrors here - it's not a feel good, warm and fuzzy book, it's a how-to and "get yourself up off the couch and get to work" book. As it's been said, "Modern slaves are not in chains, they are in debt." This book will show you how to get out of poverty, out of debt, out of a cubicle, and start living a life of freedom. This is were it's at guys!!!! No need to look anywhere else!!! This book compiles everything you need in one place to run a Young Living business! This book is so inspiring it will get your future ready!!! I hope your ready!!!! With this book I've learned so much and started classes right away!!! I before purchased her beta version and was in love but this one is full of a lot more info!!! I couldnt put it down! Finished it in one night. I am a Silver (almost Gold) Leader with Young Living, and this is better than any other book (or combination of books) I've read about how to actually DO a Young Living business. Seriously, if you just had the book and workbook and followed her steps you would have every bit of training you needed to be a success and grow. You could stop wasting time on webinar after webinar, or buying more and more training. I am seriously not joking, this book has it all. Pretty much any question, objection, frustration, irritation you have is addressed and conquered in this book. This book has enough that both the new member and the almost Gold leader can all learn something from it to change the trajectory of their growth. Leaders, totally frustrated about how to coach your new up and coming business builders? This book is literally the easiest and most effective thing you could do. Gift them the book and workbook, set regularly follow up and mentoring and help them execute what's in the book. Teach them to do the same, and you are off and running. And for those of us who would rather wear a meat suit in a lion cage before holding an in-person class? She's so got that covered, too. Probably the best script and close I've seen, and you can just read it. Seriously, JUST READ IT. The author has read it 261 times in her own classes, and she's the lady who wrote it. Best. Thing. Ever. If you're ready to OWN your business, this will be the smallest and most effective investment you can make.

This is hands down, the missing link in my Young Living journey. I've been stuck at Star rank for 2 years because I became the perpetual student and never moved past my excuses to take action. I can't adequately put into words how valuable this book is to me. It has given me the system and step-by-step guide I needed to focus my attention and get my feet running towards my goals. Absolutely love this book!! I've spent lots of money on various books, videos, etc. trying to find resources to build my business. I felt like a mexican jumping bean, jumping all over the place trying to find the resources that worked. I am so blessed to have found this book and workbook. Gameplan gibt sehr praktikable Tipps zum Thema Network Marketing und liegt absolut am Puls der Zeit. Dabei ist es verständlich geschrieben und teilweise rührten mich die Geschichten zu Tränen. Im Buch ist sogar ein Skript für einen Vortrag "Das 1x1 der ätherischen Öle" enthalten. Absolut empfehlenswert!
