Wiersbe Bible Commentary 2 Vol Set

This author had a gift for explaining the scriptures in a way that is refreshing, edifying, and refreshing. I am always encouraged when I read his work. I am privileged to have known Warren Wiersby, though only slightly. The digital Kindle presentation is top-notch. There are hundreds, maybe thousands, of active-linked Bible references, and links to Wiersby's notes. This makes the Kindle edition easier to use than print, saving having to page back & forth to see Bible references. I wish all commentaries were presented this well in Kindle.

Wiersbe is a great Bible commentary for those who love studying the Bible! It is a must have for me. Love it .would buy again.

If you want to understand the Bible in depth read this book. The book is divided into chapters covering 1 to three Bible verses sequentially and can easily be read in 15 to 20 minutes. Each morning I read the associated Bible verses and then turn to Wiersbe's commentary. His writing is informative and inspirational. The Old Testament book is about 2 inches thick, very small print and 1532 pages. I started this book one month ago and now on Genesis 35, page 112. It will take me about 14 months to complete the OT commentary. The New Testament Commentary is 1083 pages and likely you could start there, However, The OT is the foundation for the NT.

I really really love these commentaries! They have great explanations & insights. It has truly enhanced my understanding of the Bible. I highly recommend.

This man really brings the word alive . The books are heavy and well made . The paper is great too , however the ink could be darker for my liking.

I have purchase 3-5 commentaries over the past few months. This one is my first choice. Easy to read and understand. I'm no deep theologian, I just want to understand what I'm reading in the Bible.

Just bought these for my son here. Also bought for my daughter and husband here in the past. Prior, I bought my own -bought each volume used and it cost me what these cost as a set new. I only wish the print were larger bc my eyes tire, but definitely the BEST bible commentary there is! If you are dispensationalist, non Calvanist-this is the one for you.
