Cheap to buy but not as effective as the original branded ones. These don’t stick as well, the plastic strip is thinner and doesn’t pull airways open properly, the texture is actually ticklish thru the night. Oddly enough although they don’t stick properly, taking them off in the morning can cause skin irritation and bleeding

Work a bit but not great. If your a heavy snorer these won't help a great deal

Adhesion not as good as some dearer makes, strength of strip not as strong as breath right strip so don’t seem to open airway as well. Good value for the price, but not as good quality as others

The strip do what they are meant to do, but, they do not carry the same longevity and effect as it's competitors such as BreathRight. Used this product for a week and mostly wake up with the strip losened and with itching from the adhesive. Did not have the same issues with other brands.

I took a punt on these over the original breathe right to see if I could save anything and it paid off. I find them equally as good. Adhesive is good. Use these things as part of a well researched sleep routine to increase deep sleep and so help me recover from a chronic illness. A small part of a bigger picture. I'm happy with them, recommended.

Ive tried both the medium and large sizes and they both have their plus and minus points. The meduim ones seem to have more 'pull' than these large ones but as their surface area is a lot less they tend to be missing from my nose in the morning. The large ones however are still there doing their job when i wake up. The only downside is that these tend to not have as much 'pull' so dont open your airway quite as well, but they are still sufficient (i just apply them lower down the nose than the mediums). On balance the large ones will be the ones i buy in future, them staying put all night is much better than the mediums that fall off mid way through. Just remember to follow the instructions and apply 30 seconds of good pressure to the strip when you apply it and it will stay in place all night. If you put it on like a plaster and just press it down once it aint gonna stay for long. Great product for the price, much more reasonable than the expensive alternatives. 10/10

We were a bit hasty in reviewing these nasal strips. We now find they stick to the nose for the full night and enable a good sleep. Good for a deviated septum.
