This is a great camera, it's very small, the kit is excellent. It included both cables for my iPhone and my android and the accessories to transfer the files. Overall very good quality the quality is nice

This camera charger works perfectly. I’ve had some things, missing off my desk at work and I’m finding out exactly who’s been taking it. This is a great little item.

After working with this gizmo for a few days (discreetly finally catching employees not doing their jobs - ding ding!), I have discovered a few things that I would to have liked to have known before I purchased this item: The description indicates a 32gb MicroSD card size, so I purchased a top of the line 32gb Sandisk high speed card to go with it initially. I was disappointed to find that the unfrosted / clear lens LED T8 conversion tube lamps and ceiling fan in the shop apparently set off the motion sensor option continuously (from what I can tell), forcing me to record in continuous / loop mode whether I wanted to or not (no matter where the little micro switch was set)(loop or motion). This initially yielded poor results, as 3 hours of video recording capacity before overwrite was woefully inadequate (missed a lot of what I needed to see). I took a chance on purchasing a higher capacity 128gb Sandisk card, and son of a gun it worked! I really expected that it would not, but was very pleasantly surprised that it did. Had I known, I would have just initially purchased the 256Gb card and been done... The 32gb MicroSD card = 3~ hours continuous (recording before it starts overwriting the video clips) The 128gb card I tried next = 12~ hours continuous recording before overwrite Then moved up further still to 256gb = 24~ hours continuous recording before overwrite From what I have observed, you must have the ability to format the higher capacity MicroSD cards using the older FAT32 format. They are usually delivered with the modern exFAT format these days (so it won't work if just put in without this step). This may not be possible for the average user, as most modern computers want to format it using the newer exFAT which did not work for me. I used the EaseUS Partition Master Program that I have to format them into FAT32 = success. The AVI video clips it creates are in 5 min sequential segments. The file size of a 5 minute clip averages a whopping 700-800mb! If this device used a MP4 video codec or similar, the compression would have saved a massive amount of memory space, but the AVI format is very universal and will play on most all computers... If you connect it to a USB cord, it plays the videos just fine on my various PC's (you must unplug it from the wall socket to view the stored videos). If you try to download all the files from the device through a USB cord connected to your PC, go mow your lawn or something, as it takes a LONG time to transfer the files this way (tested on USB 2.0 and 3.0 - no difference, so the bottleneck must be in the device itself. Pulling the MicroSD chip out and plugging it directly into the PC made transferring files a VASTLY faster task, BUT this would mean that you would have to either leave the sticker that hides the installed SD card off so that you could remove the chip constantly (risking visual detection of it not being a generic USB charger under close scrutiny), or quickly wear out the 3 stickers provided constantly trying to peel them off and putting them back on (not easy as they are inset). Only downloading one 5 minute video clip from the batch it creates onto your PC wouldn't take too long if that's all you perhaps needed. My needs require a whole day's worth of clips, so I have gone so far as to install (an expensive) 14TB hard drive into my PC to store multiple days worth of employee behaviors. Soooo.... I accomplished my objective - I caught my employees red handed without having to install a full on CCTV system. Further Note: This gizmo has their white eagle company logo on the bottom of it that won't come off with acetone or any similar strong solvent tested. I carefully masked it off and hit it with some gloss black spray paint - no more questionable logo. The little tiny camera eye simply looks like a LED that would light up to indicate a fully charged device. To set the on screen video time stamp, you have to connect it to the PC and modify the text file to the correct time and date. The little battery inside holds this in its memory when unplugged. Summary? It works! Installing a 256GB MicroSD card, and hitting the bottom with some black spray paint did it! Nobody can tell this thing is a hidden camera, and it is quite the adventure to see what people do when they think no one is looking. I hope my feedback helps!

Mine was absolute garbage. 1. Arrived with the film over the face where the lens is but when I pulled that off there was a scratch on the acrylic partially over the lens. 2. Mine is not 1080P and the coloring is absolutely horrible and nothing like their example video! 3. It saves the files as AVI and not MJPEG like the description says. So I had to download a video player to view them. 4. Some of the videos still wouldn't open and play. 5. Very sloppy fit and assembly. I have a different brand one and the lens fits perfectly within the hole, whereas this one is a much smaller lens and offset slightly from the hole (possibly contributing to the poor image quality. But also, The light from the LED on the back shines through around the outside of the USB slot. I can't speak for their customer service because I am returning it. If there were just one little issue I'd be happy to but this product clearly isn't as described. So being misled, I have no desire to work with the company.

This product offers stable recoding and high resolution image, also using external power make it very reliable

Set up was very easy no Wi-Fi needed nor do you have to constantly charge it because it is already plugged into the wall so that takes care of that. Camera quality is good. The reason why I didn’t give it five stars is because it advertise that there is audio and mine does not seem to pick up any audio. That is mainly the reason why I purchased it.

Perfect to Spy or monitor any space at any time. It will re-record on SD Card ones full, but it gives you very good quality picture and sound. It is not noticeable at all and can record in secret well and easy. Good buy overall.

I am really impressed with the image quality of the camera. The motion detection is better than other USB cameras I have tried. It does what it is supposed to do. I would recommend this camera if you are trying to decide between other nanny cameras on Amazon.

I have seen other versions of these types of cameras. This one caught my eye as it looks to be a better version and more of a premium product compared to other brands. Easy access to the SD card on the back doesn't have to take it apart to get to the SD card and the two different modes. You don't need to have it plugged into an outlet for power, you can use a power bank this is how I have been using it. I think this is a great option as some times there's not a power source around. It doesn't seem to take much power either. I have my 280000 power bank and its been keeping it going for days, then I change. No lights or anything for that matter can't tell there's a camera inside. The instructions and easy QR code make it easy to get going. I have a 32GB card inside it's best to make sure its a good quality 10 class card. Only supports 32GB otherwise it will not work. Motion detection is where this camera shines I have it in a shed by my place if I notice anything has moved or stolen I will check this camera I have it hidden so no one can see, have tested the motion detection each time I pop in the frame it will turn on for a few minutes then once gone it stops. Perfect for when it won't be on much. It isn't a wifi camera and where I need this camera doesn't have wifi so I'm fine with that it's perfect for the task I need it for. I have uploaded the videos to my laptop picture quality was good no lag it's everything I expected and envisioned it. Great handy camera!

Make sure you set date and time on the memory card before u use.. I still Havnt figured out how to set the time as the directions are very poorly made... It took trial and error but I swear by the device. The camera is good quality.. Not for night vision though. The motion sensor works great so that you don't fill your memory card quickly... I love that you can't see the mini camera unless u know what you're looking for.. It also comes with a bunch of discrete stickers that cover up the motion sensor button and SD card so noone will know its even there.. I bought a second one! I wish I could view it from my phone though... Also make sure you download VPN viewer I believe it's called so u can view your videos with ease... YouTube the camera and it tells you what software to download.

I got this product after looking everywhere and reading the other reviews. I also bought a 258GB Micro SD card separately since I know it's not included. The package delivered contains: - The spy camera which also doubles as a charger - An iphone to usb connector cord - A usb to usb c connector - A usb to usb connector - The factory reset pin - A USB type SD card reader - 10 Stickers to cover up the sd card opening (I think the opening is already hidden for my case) - Manual and lovely note from the company owner The best part is the customer service. At first, the recorded videos were not playing, or sometimes playing just for few seconds with flickers and green screen and I was getting error messages. Then, I decided to email the customer service unit with screenshots. I was amazed at how fast they responded and exact they were in what I needed to do. All I needed to do was format my separately purchased SD card using FAT32 for windows and just like magic, their detailed instructions (with screenshots) worked!! The recorded videos are now very clear, smooth and no longer corrupt. Also, all the accessories work! I highly recommend their product and their service!!!

The setup was simple and quick. Motion detection is a quick response, and records in three 5 minute clips at a time (when motion activated). The camera quality is decent, but the picture isn't 1080p or 720p, and it is 4:3 aspect ratio. In a good lighting setting, it isn't an issue. Would recommend to anyone as the product does work, and videos work good. When transferring videos, you must use USB 2.0 only, not USB 3.0 as the computer won't recognize anything plugged in. A 5 minute clip recording is about 850mb in size so you will need a 128GB or 256GB micro SD card in order to store more videos.
