Step2 Vero Adjustable Back in-Pool Lounger with Storage, Pool Chair, Weighted, White

As a family of 4, this is a great lounger we are all truly enjoying. The adjustable backrest makes me feel like we’re living in Goldilocks and the 3 Bears..it’s just right, but for all of us! I love being able to sit up and read while my husband prefers to recline back and relax. The lounger is sturdy yet comfortable, and it doesn’t tip or wobble, even when my two kids love to run over to it together to relax and take a break from swimming. Once it arrived, it was easy to put together. It’s great for inside or outside the pool and the sandbox under the seat is easy to fill to weigh down the lounger on the pool shelf. The material is high-quality and easy to clean, and it stays cool even in the sun, which is a huge plus. Whether we’re enjoying the sun, chatting or reading, this beautiful, sleek lounger really elevates our backyard and has quickly become a poolside favorite.

It arrived! This was sold out for a little so super excited to finally receive. Shipping came very fast via Fed Ex. The box was light weight and easy to move. The lounger comes in three parts and with everything needed for assembly except a screwdriver. I was able to unbox and assemble in 10 minutes without any assistance. We are a very active family and use our lilly pad area either for adult chill or relaxation or sometimes for the little ones to play and splash around and sometimes with our big family we use it for both at same time. I need versatility. So after assembly I put this in my pool to see how it went without adding in the water or sand to weight it down. With a little assistance in getting it to sink, the lounger went down and stayed down and didn’t move or float around. This is huge bonus, one I absolutely love about this, if you have used other loungers you know what I mean. This chair has areas to add additional weight such as sand or water to make sure in it doesn’t move. However, without the requirement of adding in extra weight I can add this in to pool and remove without extra muscle needed. (Aka my husband) I just got it to ledge let it drain and then enjoyed on side ledge of pool. I love that I have the option to add in the weight but huge win I don’t need to. Again, this chair is perfect for in pool or side of pool or really just lounging anywhere. Plus this Step 2 material is so durable and with a little quick power wash it looks brand new making it super easy to clean and maintain. Absolutely worth every penny. This one’s a keeper.

The Vero Adjustable Back In-Pool Lounger is a well-made and stylish addition to any pool setup. It feels durable and sturdy, with high-quality materials that seem built to last. The adjustable backrest is a great feature, allowing you to customize your lounging position for comfort. Assembly was quick and easy, and it's also simple to clean, which is a big plus with all of the dust in Arizona. That said, while this lounger would be perfect for a more shallow baja shelf, our shelf is too deep for it to work as intended. It also isn’t the most comfortable option for lounging outside of the pool, so if you’re looking for something that functions well both in and out of the water, this might not be the best fit. However, for in-pool relaxation, it’s a great choice. Overall, I’d recommend this lounger to anyone with the right pool setup. It brings a resort-like feel to your backyard and is a solid investment for enjoying time by the water!

Chairs are very sturdy, and once assembled work great. Assembly was not a big issue, but having a power tool and a regular screwdriver are essential to making sure you do it correctly. Chair works great in or out of the water. When sitting on a sun shelf in pool, it takes in the water to lower portions of chair and keeps it in place so it doesn't float away - that's great. Best thing, although not like sitting on a cushioned lounge chair, it serves its purpose well, looks great, and is so much less expensive than those $1K+ versions, it's worth the cost.

Very impressed with the quality of this lounger! I heard Step2 had improved upon the White color with this new loveseat lounger and was surprised how noticeably better it looks. The unit was very easy to assemble, just be mindful not to cross-thread the bolts. I did find using a drill for the screws made it very easy and no pilot holes needed. I also like the new addition of being able to add sand to help keep the seat stationary. My only criticism is that it is a bit cramped widthwise for 2 adults. Other than that, we can't wait to use it once the weather warms up enough!

Excited to try once I figure out how to assemble. The screw cert and the bolt either, I cross threaded it or it was a bad set, I ended up stripping the insert and the hole it goes into. I will figure it out but not happy with the hassle. Recommend screwing the bolt in to make sure it goes all the way in without a hitch, before screwing the insert in place. Good price compared to the rest on the market but may have to pony up for the high-end one.

The product I received was obviously used before. There were water stains on the chair... and the nut/screw to hold the two halves together was stripped out, so I had to re-thread the hole. After I cleaned and fixed the chair... it is fairly nice and comfortable. I didn't want to go through the hassle to return it. The plastic material is the same as what is used for toddlers plastic backyard toys/slides/cars, so I'm not sure how it will hold up in the sun.
