I use this device everyday to monitor the vehicle performance. I can monitor the Dashboard screen for tachometer (and when engine shuts off) during freeway cruising (more than I thought). The device is easy to insert and pull up the (free) app and monitor performance and diagnosis the codes when the "engine" light comes on. The obd monitoring checks fault codes. I like the battery monitor features for the "start test" and "charging system" testing. A real-time data stream. Gives you instantaneous data graphs to evaluate response to changes in driving conditions and driver actions. I like the one-click full vehicle detection feature for error codes. You can learn how to change you driving habits for more efficiency using the trip analysis option. Take one of these with you to test drive a used car to find faults. Small enough and price right to have one stored in every vehicle so when the engine light comes on and you need it. This is a valuable tool at a good price, easy app, and blue tooth connection to phone.

Not much suitable for indian cars. Mahindra/Tata database does not exist.
