Unfortunately, we had to return the first device delivered, as it didn't want to turn on. The second device delivered just a couple of days later, worked perfectly. I am very pleased with this purchase, and I am only upset that I didn't order it months ago. I recently had my knee replaced and have been struggling with pain in the I.T. band. My physical therapist recommended I purchase a massage gun to help with alleviating the pain and tightness from the recovery process. It is definitely helping. This model does not have the heat option or the app for the phone. I don't see a need for either option, and wouldn't recommend those options for anyone. One thing I am doing to help improve battery life is to use the massage gun in the 10 minute intervals and not charging until it gets down below 30%. So far, so good! As for the noise, I really don't feel it is loud. It's a massage gun, not a masseuse. It is a little heavy, but I am using the weight of the gun to perform its work, instead of just trying to push or hold it up. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for pain relief from aching muscles.

I'm an aging athlete in his 60s. Lots of aches and pains from old injuries and the general wear-and-tear that comes with getting older. My wife and I bought this massage gun after trying a different, much more expensive one at a vendor booth at our county fair. We are delighted with our purchase. It works wonders on sore necks and backs, massaging thighs, calves, and muscles of the rotator cuff, and it gets regular use by both my wife and myself. Having a handle makes it easier to reach spots on our backs and my wife is happy I can give her regular back and neck massages, something I used to do almost daily, without wearing my hands out. The massager has a nice, big battery that can handle two weeks of daily use before needing to be recharged. The reason I'm happy with this purchase, though, is how it has helped me recover from my rotator cuff surgery 2-1/2 years ago. It was an extensive and successful surgery but, despite religiously doing my physical therapy exercises twice a day for well over a year, my shoulder had noticeably less flexibility and mobility than it used to. Using this massage gun every other day to dig into the muscles and tendons of the rotator cuff to break up stubborn adhesions has helped increase my range of motion. I'm not quite there yet but, after getting stuck for a few months with little to no progress toward my goal, I think I'll recover enough range of motion that this old gymnast will be able to do handstands again. That's something I want to be able to do again and it's finally coming into reach. There are a few other things I'd like to mention. The first is we appreciate being able to charge this massager via a USB-C charger instead of having a dedicated power brick and cable. We had a clutter of chargers and cables around the house and have been looking for devices that use a common household USB connection to clear the clutter and hassle of matching different bricks and cables to this and that device. We nixed several other massage gun choices because they did not support USB charging. Like most massage guns, this massager comes with a good and versatile set of massage attachments. The bullet-shaped one is great for digging into a knot, the broad cushioned head is for areas where there's not a lot of flesh before hitting bone, and for people who want a softer massage. The head between the bullet and the cushion head is our go-to for the upper shoulders, low back, and either side of the spine, quadriceps, and other thick muscle masses. The two-tine fork head pulls on muscle, tendons, and connective tissue to stretch adhesions. (Update May 2023:) The only attachment I wish this massager came with is a "wedge" type head, something the newer version of this massager includes. Rather than buy the upgraded massager I ordered a $20 set of massage heads that fit Hypervolt massagers, which are the same size. The round ball . . . I think that's more of a "personal massager" attachment that doesn't make sense on a device that is designed to beat sore muscles into submission. maybe look for a mini-massager with a shorter stroke length, if that's what you're into. That said, it can work on necks, too. Pros: * A nice balance between the shallower stroke depth of higher-powered mini-massage guns and the longer, more aggressive stroke of the more expensive units used by physical therapists. * Great for massaging necks, backs, and any other achy muscles you might have. * Useful set of massage heads. * Quiet. * Long battery life between recharges. * Nice case. * Under $100. Cons: * Its stroke length is closer to 10mm, not the 12mm stroke depth claimed in their listing. (All massage guns we tried seem to exaggerate their stroke depth by a couple mm or more.) So, not as advertised but it's enough for us. * Not a great travel size, but we missed having it with us when we went on a 3-week trip without it. We bought a second "SlimPal Store mini massage gun" for when we travel. (Updated May 2023:) It's not as good as our full-size massager but, it is still a welcome addition to our travel gear. It's great once I'm at my destination, but also wonderful to have while waiting for an international connection. I'll pull it out and get the kinks and tight spots out of my neck and shoulders and give my legs, back, and butt a quick massage.

I tried foam rollers, rolling bars, lacross balls, other vibrating massagers, special fork like massaging tools, and just about everything I could imagine to loosen up my ITBs (iliotibial band that runs down your leg). This was the first percussive massager that I tried. It took a few weeks starting with the big soft ball and eventually getting to the fork but I did it at least once a day and it finally loosen up my ITB which relieved both hip and knee pain that I was having. I was worried about the quality from Renpho and this device standing up to me. I'm an athletic guy and when I used this at first, I couldn't stand pushing too hard. After a few weeks, I was pushing almost as hard as I can with the forks. I've used this thing for years. It's still going strong. It might be making a tiny rattle now but I probably need to use one of the replacement rings that came with it. I even take this on vacation with everywhere I go. Carry case gets way more use than I ever thought it would. Great for backs, lower body, and arms. I can get my own low back and some outside mid back (I have decent shoulder flexibility) but I would get this model again because it is compact (see above). I would absolutely buy again if this thing every dies out on me. It's a tool that is a MUST have for an athlete (particularly one that is feeling a bit of age).

Better than other cheaper massage guns, but battery is not great for someone who uses a few times a week. Only lasts 3-4 sessions on med-high after 2 months. So like 20 mins run time? I might keep this one for traveling because it is light and has the power I need for glutes.

I was in a ilemma initially if to spend nearly 4 times the money compared to a 2k product available online. I went for Rhenpo and I am very happy with its quality and performance. When my wife first heard heard I spent 7.6k on a handheld massager she was initially taken aback but when she saw products 's quality she was impressed. She compared Rhenpo with a 2k priced massager that is being used in her Gymn which was far lower in quality and that it kind of hurt when used on body. I am using this for past one week. Iam positive it would perform well for a long time. Right from its packaging, to look and feel to performance on the body is topnotch quality. It's motor sound is like a falling feather. The feeling of its massage has to be experienced. I know not everyone would want to spend 7.6k when similar item is available at 1/4th it's price but if you are willing to want quality just go for it. This is how quality of life needs to be.

The carry box is compact and compartmentalised for storage of the variety of attachments provided. It is also of a reasonable size for taking with you on your travels. The 'gun' itself is approximately the size of a travel hair-dryer. It's light to use and when fully charged the battery is very long lasting. It has certainly helped with my shoulder problems providing muscle relief. Overall I am pleased with the quality of the product.

Sono pochi giorni che ho questa pistola e devo dire che sono estremamente soddisfatto. Prima della mia esperienza volevo sottolineare la qualità del prodotto, la custodia è di alta qualità e appena la apri trovi la pistola che ha un design molto ergonomico ed affascinante, le 5 testine molto curate e il cavo usb-c di ottima qualità. Subito a primo impatto sembra un prodotto Premium. Ora io ho acquistato questa pistola perché era da un mese che avevo un dolore interno alla spalla, dovuto ad allenamento, che non voleva andare via ne con massaggi ne con stretching, allora mi sono informato su queste pistole per massaggi e ho scelto questa, che a mio parare era una delle migliori. Appena messa a contatto col corpo si prova una sensazione fantastica, di relax e piacere, e qualsiasi gruppo muscolare si prende è come se si ammorbidisse. Ho provato tutte le testine sui vari muscoli e devo dire che oltre al piacere è veramente maneggevole (ero preoccupato di questo perché non ero sicuro che potessi usarla completamente da solo e invece anche sulla schiena si riesce parecchio bene). Arrivando al punto, massaggiando attentamente il punto indolenzito, mettendo in varie posizioni la spalla, a fine massaggio riuscivo a ruotarla a piacimento quasi privo di fastidi e dopo 3 giorni di massaggi pre-allenamento posso dire che non riesco più a percepire dolore. Riassumendo: Prodotto veramente premium, comodissimo con custodia fantastica, grande varietà di massaggi con 5 punte e 5 velocità di massaggio (25 combinazioni), e performance stupenda. Se siete in dubbio, come ero io, se investire una novantina d'euro per massaggiarvi, vi assicuro che non avrete alcuno ripensamento! (qualsiasi sia la vostra situazione, dolori muscolari da sport o indolenzimento, fastidi ai tendini, sensazione di contratture ecc. questo prodotto vi porterà molta soddisfazione).
