RLS lifesaver
I have sensory sensitivity with stuff on my skin and bought a magnesium spray - hated hated hated it. This gel is miles better. It actually sinks in and definitely stings less. No residue. Life saver if you have restless leg syndrome. Need to wait a few days of applications to notice a difference.

A magnesium gel that actually works!
Nice consistency gel and seems to be working well on my tired legs after running. Always difficult to know how good these feels are but I'm definitely feeling a difference.

This works for me when I’m suffering restless legs and night time cramps. So easy to use and is non sticky

Yes I believe it works
My nurse recommended this as a better way to take in, rather than tablet form. Open minded and yes I think it’s working. My restless legs don’t seem to be moving about in bed. I rub on my legs on the thinner looking skin areas like inner thigh and inner calf. I suffer from MS, Menopause and older age as-well as RLS. Does not cure my lack of sleep but that’s another novel.
