This is my review of RICO RICO Dried Chile Peppers Rico Rico has a variety of peppers to choose from. This particular set is known as the holy trinity of peppers (Ancho, Guajillo, & Pasilla). I find these peppers to be of good quality, and have wonderful flavors that compliment my South-of-the-Border recipes. These chiles are not artificially dried, but use nothing but sunlight, and that helps to preserve their deep earthy flavors, plus no chemicals are used. As long as Rico Rico continues their tradition of quality peppers, I will continue to purchase them.

This Rico Rico three chile pepper pack is excellent. The peppers arrived very fresh with great aroma and color, and the quality was immediately noticeable. The spice levels are spot on and give you a lot of flexibility depending on what you are cooking. I love the variety included. The ancho adds rich, smoky depth, the guajillo brings a mild, slightly sweet heat, and the árbol delivers a clean, sharp spice when you want more kick. Together they cover a wide range of flavors and heat levels. Highly recommend this pack if you cook with dried chiles often or want a versatile, high quality selection to keep on hand.

Love these peppers. Great mix of peppers to make chili and very handy to have around Roast them, Blend up a bunch to enhance everything

Excellent peppers. I used them to make Mole. They were fresh and pliable.

My husband wanted to make some Texas Chilli and needed these peppers and he was very pleased with the taste and ease of using them. Value for the money and very versatile.

These are very fresh peppers. Better than you can find at the grocery store.
