Cut the plastic off the rear of the case after installing the rubber & it works wonderful. This would probably cut the returns down drastically. 😎 They should send me a free case for my second JBL set I use at work—after reading this. 😉

This is silicone and the adhesive is very poor. No value for your money. Low functionality. Poor fit.

Sound quality is great compared to some others I’ve tested out. The only thing I wish this had would be longer battery life.

Very happy with these earbuds! The audio is very clear, phone calls come clear. Prior to this, I used Airpods, and these JBLs clear them by a mile. Fits very well, and the noise cancellation is great. The earbuds come with various sized earbud tips. Overall, highly recommend
