OK, I tore my ACL and I resistant it comes to surgery. I was willing to try anything. I see jiu-jitsu and I do CrossFit as well in the gym. So I’m pretty active! I swear by this knee brace! If you experience inflammation, or pain or discomfort of any sort, by this!!! I love that I can move around in the house with it on. There’s a battery pack that you plug-in to charge and a magnetically clips to your knee brace. I can move around the house and the red light in infrared when you push start typically last about 8 to 10 minutes. But I push it on every time it goes off consistently for about an hour straight. That may be a bit much for a first time user but I’m active and my knees can handle it! Yes, at first it did make my knee sore but when you get a massage or work out or do anything Good for your body soreness is a great thing! Embrace that feeling!!! So keep in mind when first using this you may feel sore, but it’s an OK good thing! Long story short to get my knee checked out I do have a full-blown torn ACL, but because of this knee brace my orthopedic at this time does not recommend surgery. I am doing CrossFit 90% back to what I was used to doing. I do modifications and do not jump because I’m just not there yet. But if you have anything wrong with your knees buy this!!!

Helps out my knees quite a bit. It fits great. The settings are good. I wish there were more heat settings and a vibration setting though.

Hard to rate a product after two days of usage, but here goes. I'm recovering from a full knee replacement. Constant icing has helped with the pain, but my muscles are still very tight. Have used it until it died twice. It does not seem to last very long on a charge, but either it possesses very strong placebo effects or it works!!!!!! I do hope I'm using it correctly I think the directions are very unclear.

Product works well and is comfortable. I bought it for my elbow and works for that area as well. Also, this device is the second one I received from the company. The first device was malfunctioning, but they replaced it right away with a new one and communicated well with me to coordinate the return. It's nice to know if something goes wrong they will make it right and I received very good customer service regarding the replacement device. Would recommend this product for sports injury/recovery. Good customer service and communicated well.

Purchased March 1 2025. Used a half dozen times, now it will not hold a charge and no longer functions at all. Although, their customer service is very good. They reimbursed me the full amount after the grace period so cudos to their customer service.

After using this knee brace for some time, I can say that it does what it suppose to do for my knee. I am satisfied with this purchase. I live outside the USA but the service and the delivery are excellent. I recommend.
