Bought this generator to replace an older generator. Bought 10/40 oil which was easy to put in engine with funnel provided. Easy to change oil when needed, just tip old oil out and replace with new. Used E5 unleaded petrol to fuel generator, took 3 pulls to initially start it but after that starts first time. Generator runs well and is fairly quiet. It ran my 1400W tiller, 1800W leaf blower and other power tools (jigsaw and drill) with ease. Easier to transport than my old generator and gives me the same output. Looking forward to using it on my allotment. Would recommend this product.

Superb power from such a small, quite generator. Bought this model so could link another identical model together to double power output, which Hyundai quote in their manual & the generator has the parallel ports fitted, but can’t find out where to purchase the parallel kit.

I purchased this generator to supplement my narrowboat’s electricity supply; top up batteries when I haven’t moved much and to run my washing machine when moored. As this will output 2kw (2.2kw for starting load) this machine fits the bill. If used very little fuel when running and is a more economical alternative to running the boat engine just to charge the batteries. Also it copes well with the load drawn by my washing machine. Generally it starts with one pull of the cord however, in the recent heatwave, it stopped working. As the maximum ambient operating temperature is 40°c it may have tripped it’s heat sensor. I contacted Power Products support and they have arranged for the generator to be repaired at as it’s still within warranty. This process was incredibly efficient and stress free.

This is rated at 2000w continuous, but when i plugged in my heater device which runs at 2000w continuous, as measured and tested using a power meter plug, within about 5 seconds it ground to a halt and would not restart. There was no way to reset the overload/trip. As a result I had to return it as faulty. I ended up buying a maxspeedrods generator which was 1. much better presented with far better instructions. 2. came with better accessories, even a 12v DC cable 3. easier to access things like the oil plug. 4. No customer support as p1pe who make/made this unit do not have a live website. You have been warned.

I bought this during the power cuts caused by the recent storm. It arrived quickly and was easy to setup. It is relatively quiet (compared to neighbours). Easy to start and uncomplicated to use. Decent price too so very happy with purchase. I have made sure to use higher octane fuel and have also used to recommended petrol additive (so that the fuel doesn't go off and cause problems if left unused for a longer period). Ironically I wanted to use it for my 'man shed' at the bottom of the garden but that blew away in the storm!

This generator is amazing we got it for our boat and it powers our emersion heater, TV,battery charger, and our diesel heater and boils a kettle all at the same time it's a very powerful generator for the size of it fully recommend

This runs most things in my van really good but I have a 700 watt microwave and it seems to really struggle with taking twice as long to warm things up and if there from frozen it takes forever think I should have bought next size up but we're do you give up ?
