Official Nintendo GameCube controller, it's just pure quality

I just received this controller and I’m really impressed. The packaging was neat and everything arrived in perfect condition. The controller feels sturdy but lightweight, and the grip is comfortable for long gaming sessions. The buttons and joysticks are very responsive, with no noticeable delay. It connected quickly to my console, and I haven’t had any issues so far. Overall, great value for the price, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable controller.

Excellent product, specially for playing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. The sticks are really durable, had this same version before and it's been 5 years already and the sticks are really functional.

I ordered this control a day ago and arrived today rather quickly so I'm rather pleased with that but as for the controller itself well it's what you expect a GameCube controller nothing too special (besides the awesome smash logo on it) it plays well on Gamecube I tested it on Luigi's Mansion, Metroid Prime, and a few other games just to list a few. I'm aware that this was made only for smash ultimate but I had to try out some other switch games that worked for this controller like Mario Kart 8 deluxe and well to my surprise it worked like a champ I didn't have control stick problems at all. I'm not 100% about some other games but just to list some others beside Mario Kart I tried out Sonic mania, Rocket league, and Bloodstain (the 8 bit version) once again it worked like a champ. Overall I really like the design of the Smash ball and how it mixes so well with the black it functions are on point and really responsive. Plus its price to me beat the other two GameCube controllers before it (being the WIi u GC controllers) so if you never owned a GC controller but want one for Smash Ulitmate I would recommend buying this!

Ok so when I first got this controller I was hoping to the gods that my controller was good and had no drift like others were talking about and when I plugged it in to my wii and tested out how good it was my heart SANK. It was literally worse than my old controller! I didn't want to give up tho so I double checked with dolphin emu and I found out it was actually perfect! Even my old one had no drift but the circle it made wasn't as perfect as the New Ultimate Controller. (I wasn't able to check for drift in the dolphin menus itself so I hope at least the f-zero gx test was good enough) I did check on melee if my controller had snapback and yes it does but it doesn't really matter because I believe snapback is more important for serious melee players. Remember to check the controller on multiple platforms and also try resetting the controller by pressing [Y, X, START] together so you know for certain if your controller has drift or not. Great controller feel overall and will feel much better when I break into the controller. The triggers do feel a little weird and it could be because of the missing trigger plugs but other than that the buttons feel great along with the stick! See you all on December 7th!!

As a Smash player I can't live without it. The GameCube controller is the best and this model feels sturdy and lasts for a lifetime.

I bought 5 of these, only tested one as I'm hoping to sell the others to friends/ have backups as I don't expect anymore iterations of the gamecube controller to release. I have no idea what all the 1 and 2 star reviews bought, but I doubt it was this controller. Everything feels completely solid. The sticks have 0 wiggle, the buttons are a little mushy, actually more mushy than my original gamecube controller after I replaced the conductive silicon underneath the buttons. I expected the buttons to feel better. That one reviewer, Alec, who posted screenshots must have done something wrong. If you're connecting the gamecube controller through dolphin using a Wii U adapter there is no way to adjust the deadzones. If he is using 3rd party, that's where the issue comes in. His screenshots at time of writing don't even appear to be the latest version of dolphin... Anyway. No input delay on melee, no deadzone issues with joy sticks. Sounds like the other reviewers got lemons. The ultimate game to test is monkey ball and my character was standing dead still even after playing with the joystick. Based on the reviews I'm scared to test the other controllers but I'm only opening them on a need basis, so I hope they work well. Nintendo puts out good products. 4/5 stars because the buttons are a bit too mushy and soft for a new controller. Only A, B, X, Y - The triggers are just fine. UPDATE: I opened a second one to test. This one also had mushy buttons, however the joysticks were like the first being completely firm and having no loose movement. The second one did have the issue of the right trigger having a springing noise, but that noise is quite literally from the spring in the trigger and if you want to fix it you can just take out the spring slightly rotated and put it back in so that it vibrates in a different way. I did just that in the spring noise went away. However I am disappointed that the buttons are mushy on brand new controllers, and if you don't want to go through the hassle of replacing at you can just buy those Gamecube Conductive Silicon Pads for like $5 right here on Amazon.

Mein Sohn liebt den Controller Top! Gerne wieder. Lieferung kam eher als erwartet i d versprochen. Bin sehr zufrieden.

El control al principio se siente igual que cuando salieron los de Smash for Wii U, pero con el poco uso uno se da cuenta que en realidad son mejores, pero no tan buenos como los originales para Gamecube o el blanco que salió para el Brawl. Las notches vainilla que tiene son perfectas para hacer shieldrops en Melee Dashbacks parece estar al 90% (a la izquierda no hacer el smash turnaround siempre) Los gatillos se sienten duros pero poner light shield o hacer ledgedash se siente bien Obviamente son mejores los controles originales no Smash, pero dado que por fin tenemos controles nuevos oficiales vale la pena probarlos, en el caso de querer usarlos para Smash for Wii U o Smash Ultimate están perfectos en todo aspecto. NOTA: Al parecer es suerte que salga perfecto para Smash Melee, conocidos me han comentado que unos les han salido buenos y otros no.

I paid double the price on this. Can’t use without the cable, which is not available until June!

I love my Super Smash Bros. Ultimate GameCube controller. It works perfectly on my Wii. I can play GameCube games, and Wii games that support the GameCube controller with no issues.

El control se siente bien, resistente, no parece que tenga algún fallo, los joystick están bastante resistentes, los botones de bien muy bien, Tiene un logo de smash la diferencia de su antecesor es que está no tiene fuego en el logo, El cable es más largo que los de otros controles de GameCube, Este control es perfecto para el empezar el 7 de diciembre con emoción. Comparando el peso con los primeros controles de GameCube este se siente más pesado pero cómodo.
