I've been taking these tablets for a couple of weeks, and I can sense a positive change in the strength of my bones. I definitely suggest giving them a try! It has a very good quality and it is very useful and i am very happy with the product.

Please do check expiry date immediately on receipt, the order that I received was nearing expiry . Especially if on sale beware.
