Strata 2015 Womens Strata 11-Piece Complete Set

I was looking at all kinds of clubs but decided to get Callaway and glad I did. The clubs and bag are well made and does the job I also like the fact that it's not pink or purple.The whole bag and clubs are light to carry, which is important to me as I walk the course. Especially if you wear it like a backpack you don't even feel it.I am 5'5 and the regular length fits perfectly.8/20/2018 update: still love my clubs but after playing several games, now I am looking for a few more clubs to add: 3 wood and Approach wedge or pitching wedge.

I got these for my wife who has just begun taking lessons but has never played golf before. I think it has all the necessary clubs for a beginner to play a round of golf with. The materials, balance and feel of the clubs are not quite the same as high-end clubs, but they are very decent and the price for the entire set is less than I've paid for single clubs. After watching her hit them a couple of times at the range I would recommend them over buying an older, used set or some of the other beginner sets I looked at for her.

I'm new to the sport and this is a great set of clubs, offering you enough different clubs to play the whole game. I'm 5'9'' and these are a great length for me. The bag is awesome with the backpack like straps if you are walking the course, the stand pops out to hold the bag whenever you set it down, and there are tons or pockets to store any and everything you could want with you on the course! My husband actually has the men's version of this set and loves it too! The clubs differ a little between the two but again we can both play a round of golf no problem! The rain jacket cover is a nice addition as well! No clubs spilling out in the back of the car or anything. My husband has also flown twice with his set all zipped up and has had no damage to his clubs. All in all, a great starter set!

Since I am just a beginner I still have yet to play a full round of golf but I have used the clubs about 4 different times since I have gotten them for putting, chipping and hitting practice balls. I love that the clubs and the bag are so light to carry. Growing up a golf family I know that is not always the case. The back pack style strap and the stand on the bag also are a nice plus.In this set I am extremely impressed by the putter and the wood. My boyfriend is a somewhat regular golfer and he said that when we do a full round of golf he'd like to use my clubs for teeing off and putting.I am 5'3" and I think the size works perfectly for this height. If you are much shorter than that a petite set might be better.

I golf about once a week and I wish I would have bought a different set. The bag and clubs are good, but my driver got two major dents after two days of golf. I had to buy a new driver. Defeated the point of buying new clubs.

It's nice to find a decent set at an affordable price for someone new to the game. I like how there are only 7 clubs since I'm still at the point where club selection doesn't make a big difference yet. The driver is very large and is better then the ones I saw in sets sold at Target or similar stores. The bag is nice and has a kickstand and can be worn like a backpack. The clubs don't say Callaway anywhere on them just Strata. This was a very good value. I'm only a beginner golfer but really like these clubs. In the past I've played with a really nice borrowed Callaway sets. These have a similar feel bit with cheaper materials.

The clubs are decent. However; this is one of the most misleading things I've ordered on Amazon. The clubs shown in picture do not match what is in bag. The set only comes with a sand wedge, putter, 7&9 irons, 5 hybrid, 5 wood, and driver. 3 of the "pieces" are the head covers.... This is only half of an actual set of clubs. Be prepared to buy an additional 7 clubs for a full set

My wife is a beginner golfer who was frustrated always having to use the "loaner" clubs available when we went to a local driving range or golf club. We haven't really used these yet, but they look and feel great. They are light but feel solid and seem like an excellent set for a beginner.
